After the mess I made in the room, Claudius took me to eat. We went outside and ate on a picnic table. Everything was so clean and pretty out here, the air fresh and the sun shining down on us. Took me a moment to realize I had no idea where we were.

" claudius do you mind telling where in the world are we?"

He looked at me amused," we aren't actually on earth, I guess you would call this limbo or somewhere in-between earth and heaven ."

It sure did look heavenly here.

" do you mins if I go exploring for a bit?" I asked timidly .

" be my guest, don't take too long though, wouldn't want you to miss your food, we still have some things to discuss."

I nodded and wondered throughout the garden . So many exotic flowers were scattered here and there. I came to holt at a big maze.

" I wonder where this takes you to," I muttered to myself.

I decided to go inside it,I just hope I can find my way back.

" I wouldn't go in there alone if I were you," someone said beside me.

I looked next to me and saw Adrian leaning against the maze's wall, about six feet away from me.

" were you following me?"

I was still kind of mad at him for talking about Amy that way. No one can understand what she went through....

" well it is my job to look after you," he responded in a duh kind of voice.

" oh right ," thank you short memory.

I noticed small bruises on his neck, I can't believe I did that, I instantly felt bad.

" I'm so sorry Adrian , I don't know what came over me," I looked at him apologetically.

" it's find. I too am sorry . I had to use something to tick you off and that's the only thing I could think of," he scratched his head uncomfortably.

" you could used something else," I mumbled quietly, tears forming in my eyes. I will not cry over it again, it's in the best.

" don- don't cry. I really am sorry maribelle."

I turned around, not wanting him to see me like this. I need to breathe and be alone.

" I'm just going to go for a walk, please don't follow me," my voice cracked.

I kept walking and walking until I knew I was far enough for anyone to find me. I found a gazebo and sat on one of the benches overlooking a tiny river. I looked everywhere making sure no one was nearing and let the tears I was holding in, escape. All the memories of Amy rushed back in. She was my bestest friend. Everyone loved her she was always so hyper and funny. But no one knew that she had a problem with drugs. She told me about it and how it was a way for her to let all the pain she faced at home out. I tried to help her, find some other way to let her feelings out.I thought she stopped for a while cause I didn't see her with any drugs but I was wrong. She couldn't go a day without a hit. She gave in so easily, never thought of the consequences. I remember the day, that awful day I saw her die like it was yesterday .............

" Amy! Amy! Are you home?"

I walked inside her house onto the threshold. I took my jacket off and ran upstairs to check if she was in her room.

" Ams?"

There was no one in there, I was about to leave when I saw her bathroom door slightly a jar and a weird noise coming from it. I quietly and carefully walked towards it and opened it wider . There she was.
