Chapter Twelve

He went to the motor and turned it on again. "W -what? N-no Damian!" Lukas grabbed Damian's arm again with that damn tears in his eyes. Damian looked at Lukas. "You wanted to.. You thought I would cheat on you.." He whispered. "Dami I can't be without you" Lukas said shaking. he was scared to end up alone again. Damian looked at Lukas and held him close. "let's go to our home then" he said gently on his warm tone.

Lukas put his helmet on and got on the motor. Damian got up too and started to drive. Lukas held onto Damian tight 'never, ever will I let you leave my life again'. Damian drove to a bakery and stopped. "Let's pick something to eat for lunch" he said softly. Lukas looked at the time "eem dami its evening" he said. "Shit ..I'm not thinking clearly.. Let's go then" he said softly. He drove to the highway now. He had planned the date this evening so he was driving to the restaurant that he called off before 'Dami what is happening? why are you acting so strange?' Lukas held onto Damian tighter, his hands in the pockets of Damian's jacket. He as getting cold. Damian was still thinking about what happened. He didn't get why Lukas didn't believe him at first. He stopped at the restaurant and got off. "Let's enjoy our date now okay?" He asked sweetly. Lukas smiled "yes of course!" he took his helmet of and gave it to Damian. Damian held them and locked his motor. He walked to the door and held it open for Lukas. Lukas smiled brightly and went in.

Damian followed. A garcon came to them and asked on what name it was. "Akari" Damian said kindly. The garcon leaded them to the table, it was a private table. Damian turned to Lukas. "Now nobody will look weird at us, we can just enjoy each other". "I couldn't care less what others think" Lukas said with a slight blush and it was true, he just wanted to be with Damian and be happy for once in his life. Damian smiled softly and let Lukas sit down before he did. He swallowed a bit and held his hands under the table. "Lu?". 'Why does this sound like a he is going to break up?'. Lukas thought. "Y-yes...?" His whole body tensed up. "I really love you.. So much" he whispered with a smile. He looked at Lukas. 'Sounds wrong' Lukas looked at Damian. "I love you too".

"And I....." He took a long break and held both of Lukas' hands in his hand. He held a tiny box on the table and opened it with his free hand. "Would you please marry me..? I know this is difficult with your parents and stuff, but I would just like your yes, and then we would marry when we live together, and be one of those gay couples where some girls squeak about, we would live together, forever, and, be all lovey dovey all the time.. I promise to take good care of you and to keep you happy at all times.. ".

Lukas eyes widen, he couldn't say anything but look at the bring and then at Damian and back at the ring. "D...D...". Damian bit his lip and blushed dark red for the first time in years. 'Oh my gosh he is blushing! Damian Akari is really blushing! Damian off all people it's been years since I have seen him blush!'. Lukas got up and leant over the table to give Damian a soft kiss "yes Damian yes I want to marry you" Lukas whispered kissing Damian again. Damian looked at Lukas and smiled brightly "I love you so much" he whispered against Lukas lips. He got tears of happiness in his eyes. "I love you too Damian" Lukas whispered. He whipped Damian's tears and kissed him again. Damian kissed Lukas too and smiled. "Wanna order something~?". "Won't you give me your ring?" Lukas asked joking and added "and I'd like to order you". Damian put Lukas' ring on with a smile and almost choked. "O-oh my god, we will do that, at home. Today". Lukas smiled "yes indeed" he looked at the ring and treated it like his most precious thing. What it was. "I'll eat lasagna I think". Damian had put his own ring on. He smiled. "I'll eat pasta" he said softly. "Do you like it? I mean, is it your time?". Lukas looked at the ring "it's perfect" he whispered with a big smile. Damian smiled softly and nodded. "Okay, I'm glad" he smiled.

A waiter came and took their orders. He left again.

Lukas leant back in his chair and starred at the ring, turning it around on his ring a few times. "My mother won't like this. .." Lukas mumbled. 'We are only two weeks together but still I love him so much'. "then just put it in your pocket, it's okay," he said softly. The food arrived and Lukas took a bite. "I will lose it like that" Lukas said and played a bit with his lasagna. He wanted to sit on Damian's lap and cuddle while they eat. Damian looked at Lukas "okay, but just don't get in trouble." He said softly. He pushed his plate to Lukas and stood up. He sat down next to Lukas and held him on his lap. "I know that cute face, that's when you wanna cuddle~"
