I walk into the living and drop myself on to the burgundy red long sofa. Just about then my father comes in my mind. I dial his number. Beep. Beep. Beep. "I'm sorry this person can not take your call at the moment so please leave your message after the tone". The monitor said. "Dad, I know your either currently busy in a meeting or your talking to your connections either way, I just wanted to call and say that I really miss you, please come back. I'm really lonely here, love you" I said before closing the phone. An tear rolled down my cheek. I'm never really use to been alone, not without my father. "Your not alone princess" I heard Nathan's soft voice. I didn't jump I simply wiped away my drained tears. He came and sat next to me. "Your not alone, I'm always here for you even if no one else is" he said looking straight into my eyes. His eyes had the sparkle they had once again. I said nothing. He simply just hugged me right there. "You can open up to me whenever you'd like even if it takes forever" he said whilst stroking my hair and whispering into my ear. I gather myself together and pull away. "You should hurry your going to be late to college" I said looking away. "Who said I was going?" He said with his smirk returning back. Oh god here we go again. "Nathan you aren't going college just because I'm not right?" I asked. "Yes-no-maybe?" He said. "Breakfast is read!" I hear Sophia yell. We both get up and walk towards our dining room. I take a seat and so does he. I dismiss Sophia for the day and she leaves for her sisters. The whole house is completely empty other than me and Nathan. How strange. He won't leave me when I'm all alone. "Nathan why are you still chasing after me?" I ask. He stops eating. Looks at me for a few seconds. "Do you really want to know?" He asks with a straight face. I nod eager to find out what it is. "Because I am deeply, truly& madly in love with you Kate Leigh Andreason, for the past 6 months nobody has cared about you more than I have" he said looking dead straight into my eyes. "Stop this can't happen, we are two different people" I said. He didn't reply he continued eating. We both finished and decided to continue with the project.
