"Sorry to bother you honey. But, I wanted to inform you that Tanya will be visiting you and Monica. She will be staying there for a few weeks just to get her mind off things." My mom says over the phone, I sigh running my hands through my hair. Tanya is my crazy older sister who enjoys going to frat parties and nightclubs. Tanya is chaotic. She is a mess. Quite frankly, I didn't want to get involved in Tanya's life.
"Honey are you okay?"
"Yes mom, it's just that she's so out of control and she won't go to rehab. It's tiring. We always have to bail her out of jail or take her to the hospital for substance abuse. It's annoying. Because, you're not living life, ma. You're simply spending you're time worrying about her." I tell my mom who is sipping her tea.
"I'll always worry about you guys." My mom says sleepily.
"Ma, go and get some rest. I'll take care of Tanya. Go eat and sleep. Do what people are supposed to do." I tell my mother, who hastily agrees.
I end the call, looking over at Julian with a grin on my face. I am lucky to have him by my side. Last night, he planned a very romantic dinner filled with candles. It was special and a night to remember.
"Hey beautiful."
"Hello handsome," I say winking at Julian. He raises his eyebrows flirtatiously which causes me to blush.
"Aw Brook!" He says kissing my cheek, making me giggle.
"Anyways, why did you sound so stressed talking to your mom?"
"Tanya." I say vaguely, enjoying the comfort of my bedsheets. He grabs my hand, looking at me in a serious matter.
"Brook, whatever is going on. I want to know. I'm your man now which means I help you even if it is a crazy scheme or something you wouldn't expect me to do. I would do absolutely anything for you, baby." Julian tells me, rubbing my hands softly. I look up at him. I really don't deserve a man like Julian.
"So my older sister Tanya is going to stay with us for a few weeks. Tanya is trouble. She is constantly overdosing and always causing trouble in nightclubs or frat parties. It's just a mess. But she's family so I can't abandon her." I explain to Julian watching him react to my family drama.
    "Brook we will get through this. I promise you. Tanya will soon realize the consequences of her lifestyle."
      "I know," I say sighing, receiving at text from Monica. These past few days, she's been acting normal. She's not clingy, she isn't hormonal, she isn't plotting crazy schemes and she's even applied to go to a university.
Monica
Hey! So I heard from your mom that Tanya is coming😁 but we have 10 hours left of Tanya-less hours so do you want to go to the beach with Sead and I ???
Brook
Why not 😉 I deserve a break before I have to babysit a grown woman.
Monica
  Meet us at Davenport beach 😀
      I sigh rummaging through the drawers of my room. I hear Julian singing in the shower. I laugh to myself hearing my boyfriend sing Adele.
   "Hello! It's me!" Julian screams trying to imitate Adele.

     "Oh god," Julian sighs looking at Monica and Sead on a full make out session. We could see their tongues going in each other's mouthes. This was definitely going to turn into sexual intercourse if Julian and I haven't showed up.
   I run up to them, throwing sand at them both. They both separate from each other immediately. I smile, sheepishly. Monica puts her hand up, confused on why I threw sand at them.
"What! My crazy older sister is coming and I can't handle you both right now!"
Monica stands up and puts her arms on my shoulders massaging them, "don't worry guys she's fine," Monica says to both Julian and Sead.
"What's going on, Brook." Sead unexpectedly comforts me, patting me back asking for an explanation to my moodiness.
"Tanya."
"Can you elaborate on that?"
I then lay it all out from her drug addiction and her frat parties. Explaining absolutely every detail that their is.
"I'm sorry you have to deal with this, Brook. You're the last person who deserves this." Sead says rubbing my back in circles.
"Should we be worried about this?" Monica interjects, nudging Julian's shoulders. Julian nods his head no.
"Trust is the foundation to any good relationship." Julian says wisely running up to the water. Sead hurriedly, takes off his shirt and joins him.
"Let's go!" Monica yells running up to them both.
I look up at the sun, these are one of my last few moments of enjoyment before Tanya gets here so might as well enjoy the time I have left with the people who I love the most.

"Are you coming? Or what!" Julian yells making me giggle at the sight of him struggling to overcome the wave.
"Why not!"

I was going to update yesterday but I didn't finish it. So, today I worked on it a little bit more and chapter 13 is here!
Expect some drama in the following chapters. I can't wait for you guys to meet Tanya !
