We drove into town in a cap of course our car isn't here yet but he is taking us to a rental place so we can rent a car until ours arrives.
When we reached town it wasn't much of a town like Chicago it was sorta small and disappointing we drove around looking for my school and when we found it my face lost what colour was left in it.
The school looked old and ugly almost ghost like, it looked like it hasn't been used in ten years or more police a hundred years!
Danny didn't look to happy about the school either since I have to go there it looks like a place you go and get rapped and I am not letting that happen!
"Do you want a closer look?" Danny asked me as he looked back from the front seat at me
"Oh.....no thank you I'm fine seeing it from here" I smiled shyly as I looked back out the window of the car
This is already getting suckier then before and I thought that was impossible.
"Take us to the mall please" Danny asked the taxi driver
"yes sir"
It took awhile to get to the mall it was a normal mall I guess not fancey though but who said it had to be huh?
Danny let us go in he paid the taxi drive and told him he would call the dude when we were coming out so he could take us back home and we headed in.
"it stinks here" I said as I looked around I felt out of place with my black goodie that had red skulls on it and the hood had devil horn things on the top I had my hood up so people could see them I usedthis goodie to warn off kidnappers I knew it would perfect my safety but it would keep some idiots away!
We entered the mall and my displacement feeling sorts went away as there were more teens
that dressed like me.
I looked up at Danny and smiled" can I go to hot topic?"
"I'm ok with it if Ellen is?" he looked at Ellen and smiled sweetly as me and him smiled at Ellen
".....Okay.." she cracked " you can go but be careful like always"
"yes mother I was raised in Chicago this place couldn't be any worse"
I turned and walked away looking for a hot topic there were people every where not as bad as Chicago but still a ton of people crowding the walk ways.
I read the signs above store after store but stil no hot topic until I stopped it " there you are" I whispered to myself getting the attention of two old ladies that where walking beside me.
I basically speed walked into the store with my bags wrapped around my slinder body I walked toasted the band shirts as I worker approached me I froze and stared at them worriedly I never liked people walking up to me like they were going to speak to me.
"Hello can I get you interested in our sale today it's a two for one on all band tee's and hair accessories if you have a card it will be half off you inter perchase!" the lady with wickedly awesome purple hair said to me
"Oh cool yeah I'm interested I'll totally be buying shirts so....yeah"
" okay well when your ready I'll check you out over there nice hair by the way very edgy" she said with a smile as she walked away
"My chemical romance my chemical romance.......my....chemical....Ahh romance" I mumbled to myself as I looked through the shirts as grabbed a mcr shirt out of it's rack and held onto it"totally buying this one haha"
I grabbed a black veil brides shirt and walked over to the hair accessories to get more extensions ones with purple in then cause that's the colour I'm doing next
"Hey!" a voice sounded from behind me
I smiled as I turned around and the smiled was instantly wipped off my face when I saw a stranger"uhh...hi"
I said looking away sorta disappointed I was expecting Lights for some reason.
"haha my names Vence yours?"
I hesitated before answering"Jade"
"ahh pretty cool name......your not from around here are you?"
"......no just moved here today..."
"Thought so"
I looked at him suspiciously as I walked around him slowly to the other side of the hair extensions" are you looking for something or just checking me out?" he said cockily
My eyes widend I was looking at him but I'm not gonna admit to that" no......just looking at the hair extensions" oh jade you liar
"really?" he turned on his heels to face me again and my eyes snapped up from his butt I felt so dirty for accidentally letting my eyes glance at it
I heard him chuckle at my reaction and I felt my face turn bright red as I looked away in embarrassment
"Don't be embarrassed" she said amused" I checked you out before I came up to you" she said with a huge smile one his face
My head snapped up at his with a painful crack sounding loud enough for the whole mall to hear
"whoa was that your neck?" he asked as he pointed at my neck
"Yeah not interesting you looked at my butt?" I said annoyed
"Well sorry but....yeah?" he said guilty as he rubbed the back of his neck
My mouth dropped and I turn around swiftly and stomped to the check out.
"wait I like your hair!" he called after me
I didn't answer or turn around to even look at him he doesn't even know me and he is looking at my butt how rude.
As I walked out of the store with my bag I could feel him following me his eyes boreing into the back of my head not taking his eye off the big chance of red I put in the back of my hair why is he following me?
I felt something tug on my bag and I turned around but nothing was there not even Vence.
When I found Danny and Ellen they were sitting on a bench together by the excit I walked up to them as smiled a little.
"Oh there you are looks like you found hot topic" Danny said to me with that same big smile he always gives me
"Yeah I bought a few thing they were having a sale a once in a life time sale so I figure why not?"
I said more as a statement then a question
"Haha okay you ready to go back home?" Danny asked but for some reason the only home I could think of was the one back in Chicago where my life was where Josh is and he is my life.
I felt tears burning in my eyes but I held them back refusing to cry infront of half of North Dakota.
"Yeah in ready" I said softly not looking at them but the ground.
"Okay lets get going the taxi is waiting outside"
Danny Ellen and I walked out of the store I looked over to my left and saw Vence leaning up against a wall by the entrance he smiled and mouth call me followed by a sweet innocent smile.
I looked away and got into the taxi he watched me the wholetime up until we were out of sigh and I still felt like I was being watched I didn't like that feeling not at all.
It felt like someone was peeking into my personal life as I don't let anyone in on that much not new people anyway.
They have to be special to get that lucky and the only one that's getting close enough right now is Light....
