Chapter 8

Stiles P.O.V

I run onto the field and pat Scott's back to indicate that this is going to be hard, then the whistle blows and I run off into my place on the field. I look at the crowd and I see everyone, I mean everyone. I think the whole school is here, I spot my dad, Mellissa, Lydia, Isaac, Erica, Boyd, Malia, Mason, Kira, Ethan and Aiden, and a whole lot more people.

I finally see the basketball team. I give them a dirty look but they can't see it because I have my helmet on. I see Derek walking to his basketball team, they sort of looked surprised that he's there but they ignore it because the whistle blows.

"now let's see how these wolf powers work" I think to myself.

I run and I think everybody is staring at me because im running very fast. Nobody has seen me run this fast and used to run pretty fast as a human. I scoop up the ball and pass it to danny who looks astonished but moves to shoot and he gets it in.

Everybody jumps up and cheers. The referee blows the whistle and the ball is back in play Jackson gets the ball I run towards the goal not expecting him to pass to me but he did. I turn and shoot it in. I LOVE these wolf powers.

Its half time and coach loves me, the scores are 7-8 we are winning, I can tell that there other werewolves on the other team I can smell it, it has a weird smell its more like a stench, but when I'm around Derek it's different. Enough about Derek focus on the game. I pass the ball to Liam who passes to Jax, then to Danny and gets it in once again.
Once the whistle blows the other team gets the ball and I can tell he is a werewolf, but somehow I manage to get the ball of him but he gets the ball back and shoots it straight in to the goal. Im starting to get nervous, I think derek can tell so he says "im here it going very well, you look hot out there" I heard all of it like he was standing right next to me when really he was about 60 metres away. This is awesome. Just hearing Derek's voice made me calm down.

Im at the other end of the field and all of a sudden a huge dude tackles me and gets the ball then shoots a goal. So it is a draw 9 all. Damn it!

Im at the other end of the field again. This is the only chance I have to help win the game. I see heaps of people running towards me so I throw it over them to Jackson and he gets it straight in as always, but one player doesn't stop running instead he keeps on running at me. The next thing I knew I was on on the ground, as I blacked out I heard derek scream my name and run onto the field. I felt a large gash across my left side, I knew it would heal up but it felt like it had wolfs bane on it. This was meant to happen, he was meant to cut me. Then I blacked out.

This chapter is sooooooo short but it was sort of a fill in I just needed to get it out of the way but I swear it'll get better next update. Sorry a and thank you for so many reads. I never thought it would get this much but I am so thankful!!
