"That'll be one emerald Mister. Unless you'll like to pay another w-"
Tossing one emerald on the counter I grab my three stacks of arrows walking away from the lady. "Have a nice day." I close the door walking up to my horse "Hey girl ready to go back out again?" I pet her soft snout she shakes her head neighing.
I pull myself up on her setting in the saddle getting comfortable. "Hyea!" She speeds off through the meadow 'now what do I need to get today?' I pick up my list looking at all the crossed out things.
'Sheep'
"Come on girl I know just where to get some sheep. Hiyah!"
Her brown mane flys back some as she ran across the meadows with ease.
(Time skip)
I slow Lily down he neighing lightly moving her head up and down. I jump off "I'll be back girl." I give her a carrot and walk into the forest.
Following the small trail it lead to the open area where I see a heard of sheep. Grabbing my bow and a arrow I set it up breathing softly. Aiming for its neck I let loose.
It zips through the air when-
"Baa!"
The sheep drops dead the others running away. I grab my knife walking up to the sheep. I take the arrow out and flip the sheep cutting it open.
I start to gut the sheep making sure to check my surroundings.
"*niegh*!" Just then I heard Lily starting to cry out whining frantically and I hear charging steps.
Suddenly Lily burst through the trees at me I nearly get hit but manage to throw myself to the side. "Lily!" She keeps running away scared I get up starting to run after her.
As I ran after her my feet stomping on the ground I'm tackled skidding across the ground. I felt someone grab my ankles dragging me while I was in a daze.
As soon as I realize what's going on I struggle kicking at the wolf dragging me successfully kicking them in the jaw. They whimper before growling at me and I heard multiple behind me as they strike.
(time skip)
My body was littered in bites but they weren't to bad from my armor on or else I would've been shredded. I got up slowly and leaned against a tree I grab my ocarina I blew in it a soothing song.
'Come on Lily please be nearby.'
I wait soon hearing running but it stops I walk around before I saw the bush move. Walking closer to it I see something white.
I move the bushes only to meet dark brown eyes. I back away seeing the wolf but surprisingly it didn't attack me. Instead it picked up my ocarina and brought it to me wagging its tail.
I grab it and blow it as the wolf starts to howl matching its tune. I smile rubbing her head "What's your name girl?" She nudges my hand and I follow her.
She leads me to a waterfall where I see lots of flowers and plants everywhere. She grabbed a flower dropping it at my feet"Your names leaf?" She growled at my joke.
(Time skip)
"Um okay so you don't like my jokes. Is your name let's see Violet?" She barked wagging her tail "Finally!" I fall onto my back as she gets up before laying on top of me "I wonder where Lily went? she usually is back by now. Hey Violet? want to help me find lily?" she get off of me i get up and start walking.
As i walk Violet follows behind me and seems to be staring at me. i ignore it grabbing my ocarina bowing in the tune. i wait for a few minutes...nothing.
(time skip)
its been three hours now and i still can't find Lily "ugh this isn't good. at least were heading in the right direction to head to one of my bases. come on Violet it should be a little farther." right as i say that i run into something. "Ow! oh were here." i had ran into the wall of it i walk around where i see the door opening it i let Violet inside.
Heading in myself i take off my armor and boots and go into the kitchen and start to cook some meat. In a few minutes I finished cooking the steak i placed one on a plate and headed into the living room area where i saw Violet. "Hey Violet here." i place the plate on the ground and walk back into the kitchen getting my own food.
i head back into the living room where i see her eating i sit down starting to eat the food myself.
(Time skip 1 and a half years)
"Violet! where did you go?"
Running through the forest where Violet had ran into for some reason. "Violet!" Soon enough i stop hearing some noise "Violet? Is that you girl?" I walk Over to the bushes just as I move some out of the way.
"Ah!"
"Gah! I'm sorry! I'm sorry!"
I rush away from the bush my face over 50 shades of red now. "Why don't you have clothes on miss?" I cover my face and eyes plopping down on the ground. "Uh t-they were stolen." I take off my coat covering my eyes. "Here take my coat." I felt the weight leave my hand hearing the girl put it on.
"Okay you can look."
I open my eyes my face still tinted red from the incident a few moments ago. I look at the girl now wearing my coat as it went to almost her knees. She had somewhat tannish skin, chocolate brown eyes, but what was most unique was her nearly white hair. It went to her mid-back it seems I cough trying to get the awkward silence to be less awkward "Um what's your name?" She looks around seemingly trying not to look my way.
"my names Violet."
"Violet? Wow i have a companion named Violet she's a wolf. Well anyways my names (Y.n) I'll take you back to my home since it seems you could use some help right about now.
She nods smiling "Yes I'd like that." I smile as well motioning her to follow me.
(Time skip)
Opening the door I let her inside. "You can sit in the living room right now. I'll get you some clothes." I hurry to my room looking at the picture of Violet and I. She had a silver collar well more like necklace with a red ruby in it 'where did you go?' I open my closet grabbing a long sleeved shirt and some soft pants. 'Wait she need underwear great.' I quickly grab a pair of mine and head into the living room.
There I see her sitting on the floor like how a wolf or dog would. "Here's some clothes for you to change in." She stood up grabbing them.
Then she started to take the coat off "Wait! Not here you can use my room if you want. Or I can leave if you'd like." My face grew warm again I just head outside trying to calm myself.
Sitting down on the steps I remembered my ocarina I dig in my pocket taking it out. I start to play the tune again hoping Violet will hear it.
Nothing
Sighing in disappointment I get up going inside where I saw Violet sitting like before except with the clothes I gave her she had on. "Um you can sit on the couch if you want." She jumps on the couch sitting like before.
Shaking my head I sit next to her when she started to sniff me "W-what are you doing?" She suddenly kicks my cheek making me red again not knowing what to do. She suddenly tackles me to the ground much like Violet would do when we played together. I was stiff as a board as the girl had straddled my waist licking me.
"Violet I just met you why are you doing this?!"
She stops looking at me "Don't you remember me (Y.n)? I'm Violet your wolf! See I have the collar you gave me here." She pulls her shirt down some grabbing the necklace she had on showing me. My eyes went as big as plates seeing the familiar necklace.
She smiles "I love you (Y.n) I wished I could be human too. And it came true! Now we can be together." She laughs hugging me making me blush again but smile.
'Maybe this can work out your pet wolf suddenly becomes human and is in love with you. At least I know where Violet is now.'
