A/N: Some you will, some you don't (with an explanation).

Invisibility: He worked on a serum and slipped it into your drink.  At first, you were angry, and it caused your first fight together, but he had cowered in a corner, trying to make himself small because if he didn't, he knew he would grow and Hulk.

"I just wanted you to be safe from me, (Y/N), just in case."  Your temper falls as he explains, "If the Hulk can't see you, it'll be harder for him to lash out on you."

None:  You didn't want him to feel bad that you had special powers and he didn't.  Although, you always told him that his best superpower was not only being fatherly to the Avengers but raising your three children and taking care of you.

And because of your support, he would constantly reassure you, "I wouldn't trade in my powers if it meant giving our family up."

Ice powers: Not only could you monopolize on the frequent cold weather in Sokovia, but when Pietro would want to playfully race you, you would freeze him in his tracks and win.

"Hey, no cheating!"

"What, didn't see that coming?"  You would laugh and continue, "Besides, you always cheat, King of Speed.  Someone has to dethrone you."

"Well, here's your prize," he would say, placing a kiss on your lips.

None:  He doesn't want you to go through the pain and suffering he did.  And every time you bring it up, in order not to yell, he tries to change the subject.  You went to Fury to see if he could convince him, but even he told you the same thing.

"It was hard enough that he had to use the serum to become useful in society.   The serum was more than just a way to be in the army, it was a way to finally feel accepted.  If you need a serum, that means, to him, you're already feeling insecure about your current condition and state.  He's trying to be your cure, your stability, and every time this comes up, it means that it's not working, that he's not the hero he thought he was all over again."

T h o r   O d i n s o n :

Cloning and morphing:  To prank Thor, Loki had developed a way for you to mimic his own powers.  Plus, this was a way you could bond with your brother-in-law even further, especially since he wasn't too fond of you dating Thor in the first place.  But this way, instead of being jealous of your romantic relationship, he could build up one of a friend and stick close like a brother.

T o n y   S t a r k :

None:  He doesn't want you to have superpowers because it would mean that he can't protect you himself.  You've even try to bypass him and talk to Fury about the possibility of just being trained as an agent, but Tony finds out and gets upset.

"If you need to take precautions, that means I'm failing my job as your husband, your shield, your Iron Man."

V i s i o n :

Telepathy and Mind-Reading:  Like Vision, you value intelligence and knowledge.  Plus, it made it easier to communicate when he was on mission.  It was like the powers created a stronger mental link between the both of you.

And it proved to be a great strength and great pain.

"I love you," his last words to you as he let his final breathe escape his lips, the attempts of Wanda to save him failing to a finish.
