The 'L' Plan

The girls headed back to Ali's house.

The girls sat on Ali's bed, talking amongst themselves about how cute Emily and Maya are and that their relationship is 'goals'.

Spencer interrupted,
"Guys?! Back to situation!"

"Well, one thing I know for a fact is that advice and that pretty convincing smile back there at the police station was a load of bull crap.." Emily smirked, while looking over at Alison.

"Duh, we have a plan remember?" Alison said, as she put her 'nerd' glasses on,
"We have work to do."

"Do you reckon it'll actually work?" Maya asked, looking scared and confused.

"You'll be fine" Emily said as she put her hand on Maya's leg.

Maya and Emily looked each other in the eyes. A big smile appeared on Maya's face.

Hanna reached for arias hand,
"Omg they are the cutest!"

"Guys?!" Spencer said sounding a bit pissed and impatient.

Alison walked out of the room.

"Guys see what you've done?" Spencer said as she rolled her eyes and sighed out loud.

"What?" Hanna questioned.

"Hold on" Emily said, as she left the room, following Alison.

"What is it?" Emily asked Alison who was looking down.

"I just can't do it.." Alison said as she wrapped her arms around herself.

"Do what?" Emily said as she went to move a bit closer to Ali.

Alison took a step back and rolled her eyes.

Emily looked at her with such confusion in her eyes.

"I love you em. Always have" Alison said, wiping a tear from her cheek,
"Emison, remember?"

Emily stood their jaw dropped, not knowing what to do with herself.

"Wha-" The words couldn't escape Emily's mouth.

"I'm sorry, I just can't stand seeing you and Maya so close and loved up. It just makes me miss how things used to be between us" Alison admitted.

"That was then, Alison. You were my first love and you fucked with my head. Leading me on, but then pushing me off telling me, those kisses were only for 'practice'." Emily said looking hurt.

Alison stood with tears dripping down her cheeks.

"The thing is, I got so bored of trying, I had to move on. I found Maya and honestly I'm really happy.." Emily added.

"Well, I'm glad you're happy.." Alison said as she walked back into the room.

"Ali wait-" Emily said, reaching for Alison as she walked towards her bedroom door.

Ali entered her room.

"Can you all leave please?" Alison asked with slight temper, but trying to remain calm.

"What?" The girls asked at the same time feeling confused.

"Can you all just freaking leave?" Ali complained.

"Okay?.." Aria said, walking towards the door.

"Weirdo" Hanna argued.

"I don't have time to argue Hanna, just get out." Ali replied.

"Fine! Geez" hanna said in an angry tone.

Spencer followed behind with no reply.

It was only Maya and Alison in the room.

"What happens now?" Maya asked.

"Ugh I don't know.. Things will figure themselves out..." Alison said Forcing a smile.

"Ali are you okay? You seem a bit down.." Maya asked,
"And how you reacted then.. Is something up?"

Emily walks in.

"Both of you just.. Leave" Ali said, trying not to make eye contact with Emily.

"Fine" Emily replied as she grabbed Maya's hand and headed for the door.

Emily and Maya began to walk home; Maya walking home really scared to have her face showing, as she was so new to being out in public.

- Emily's POV -

Maya kept asking me questions, but I wasn't in the mood to answer. I never knew Alison felt this way. My brain is all over the place. She was my first love, but now Maya's here. Oh god. I don't think I will ever be able to look at Alison ever again, she makes me feel so confused and stuff but I could really do without.. I mean I'm with Maya now and we're happy.. I really don't want Alison to ruin our relationship..

"Emily?" Maya said, interrupting my thinking process.

"What?" I replied.

"Answer my questions.." Maya said, rolling her eyes.

"Okay, go.." I sighed.

"So, for a start What is her deal?"
"Is she mad?",
"What were you guys talking about?"
"Wha-"

"'Maya!!" I shouted.

"What?" Maya said with a shocked look on her face.

"I'm sorry, can we just change subject.. PLEASE?" I replied.

"Okay.." Maya said quietly.

We walked in silence for the rest of the journey home.
