I walked briskly through the halls and into my room. Neither Elena nor Caroline were in there, so I just threw my stuff on the ground. Quickly I ran over to my night table pulling out paper and a pen. My handwriting was never pretty when I was in a hurry, but I tried my best.

CAROLINE AND ELENA!

I don't know what's wrong with me but something is definitely wrong. If I'm going to disappear call my brother, Ryan.

I grabbed the letter and placed it onto Caroline's bed, begging for other one of them to notice it. Then the hurting started again on my wrist. I cried in pain; this time the pain was so burning and painful that I wanted to scream.

"Afflictiō loco," I tried to chant the pain away. It worked for a moment. Then it started again twice as painful. I screamed this time, for real. It felt like someone was sawing my hand off. I held my wrist, like that was going to make the pain go away.

Then the feeling came again. The slow and drought feeling, like I was going to faint. The darkness descended upon me yet again, and I closed my eyes slowly. Like I was in a slow movie. This time it took way longer to open my eyes, than the last time.

My spirit came back into my body with a quick breath. My eyes opened and I was able to look around again. I was able to see three people in the room, two of them glaring at me. Before I was able to say anything my knees fell weak and I hit the ground.

"Are you okay?"

"Grace?"

Finally I could see again. All the fainting and dizziness was starting to get annoying. In front of my face there was Bonnie Bennett's. I nearly squealed from happiness. I pulled the girl into a warm and tight hug.

"Is this real?" I immediately questioned. Bonnie drew back from the hug and sat down onto a sofa table. I then realized that I was in a huge house full off Victorian furniture.

"Yeah, unfortunately," Bonnie said cynically, which made me kind of surprised. I didn't remember that she was cynical when we were kids. "How are you here?"

I swallowed trying to search for the words that I needed. How was I going to explain that my magical tattoo brought me here? Or at least that was what I thought that brought me here. Who knew what really brought me here.

I moved myself in a sitting position, looking around again. Then I saw him; the guy that had dragged me out of the parking lot. He was tied to a chair, which made me frown deeply.

"Why is he tied to a chair?" I asked.

"Because he tried to kill me," another guy said. My eyes shot straight to him. In a plaid shirt there stood an incredibly handsome guy with the most piercing blue eyes I had ever seen. I looked at him from head to toe.

"You are Damon Salvatore, right?" I asked starting to get up from the couch. He frowned, clearly surprised that I knew who he was. He was the guy Elena had wiped her memories off. Oh my god. Should I tell him? No. Definitely not.

"How do you know who I am?"

"Because your friends are looking for you," I said looking at Bonnie and Damon.

Then the guy tied was starting to mumble in his sleep. It was clear that he was waking up. Damon walked over to the beautiful Victorian fireplace and grabbed a poker with a bag of pork rinds in another hand.

"You're awake. Good. Now for the Q&A portion of the evening," Damon said getting in his face. The guy looked at Damon smugly with a smile.
