Hi, I'm Josannah but people call me Josie. I have mid-length brown hair that is usually tied up in a messy bun. I discovered that I was an elemental on my 16th birthday, like all the other elementals. My best friends are Blade and Heather and they're both elementals. Blade was fire and Heather was Earth. Each element has a different colour; water to blue, fire to red, Earth to green and air to purple.

Elementals have their element colour as their eye colour, so Blade has amber eyes and Heather has green, but I for some stange reason had blue eyes with grey and purple tinges.

I suppose I have some water element in me but the grey..that was what intrigued me. I itched to find out why I have grey eyes and how Elementals even existed, but right now, my top priority is packing for my new school.

All Elementals go to the Abled "University" after they turn 16. It is a school that teaches about Elementals and how to combat against their most deadly ememy, the hunters.

Well, I gotta go. I need to pack for Uni. Buh-bye!

~A few hours later~

"Well that was tiring," Blade stated for Heather and I. We had just finished lugging our things into our dorms. Heather and I shared a room while Blade roomed with a guy called Kayne. Kayne had dirty blonde hair that was messed up but cute, and piercing blue eyes, clearly stating that he is a water elemental like me.

Our room had a bathroom, kitchen, verandah, lounge room and of course, two single beds and bedrooms. Heather and I shooed Blade out of our room and started to unpack our clothes into the closet.

I took out my bed spreads and threw them onto my bed and out of the way. Then, I continued to hang up my clothes into the closet. After I had finished, I made the bed and took out my diary and lucky charm, and placed them inside the drawer on the bedside table. I went into Heather's room and saw her making the place more Earthen. The carpet was made out of soft blades of grass with the occasional flower. The lamp on her bedside table gave off a soft green glow and there were vines on the wall.

"Nice renovation," I commented.

"Thanks," she replied. She was twirling her index finger around and was making vines twist around each other. She then put all her fingers together and spread them out, like a flower blooming, and flowers appeared on the vines.

I went back into my own room and adjusted things. I put my right hand vertical and circled it around, making my lamp glow blue. I then drew out my fingers and rotated my wrist in a 3D droplet shape and made crystalline droplets form on the rim of my lamp. I loved the way the light bounced and reflected off of them, lighting up my room.

Walking into Heather's room, I asked her to conjure some vines in my room around the bed. She climbed onto my bed and started twirling her index finger above the bed. Twirling vines appeared. The vines lined my ceiling. She waved her right hand and the vines stayed put.

Heather walked out of my room, down the hall, into the lounge room, and then onto the verandah. 'Probably twirling vines around the border of the fence', I thought.

I searched through my suitcase and found a transparent blue sheet. I threw half of the sheet over the vine and attatched it to the ceiling so that it hung around my bed like a mosquito net would. 'There', I thought, 'renovated nicely.'

I walked out into the lounge room and waited for Heather to come back inside.
