Chapter 5

Percy POV

People seemed very confused that I didn't mind being in prison but I actually liked it. No monsters, no wars, no gods, just food and time. And if I wanted I could always escape. Of course I still cried a lot and had nightmares but hey, nothing new there. Then someone came in.
"Perseus Jackson?"

"Yes?" I replied

"Come with me."

We walked trough the prison untill we came to the interrogation room. Sigh, not again. I waited for the eyepatch dude to come in (I know his name is Fury but that reminds me of Tartarus) But then someone else came in, it was the red-haired women from the lab.

Natasha POV

I walked inside of the room with the boy. "Hey" he said "long time no see" I didn't answer. "Why do you like prison?" I asked. "Because its save and has no memories." He said. I looked confused but quickly recoverd. "We are going to run some tests on you like we do with all the prisoners." He nodded. "Give me your best shot.

We walked to the training area and tested Percy's condition and stuff. "This kid is amazing." Tony said. "I know right." Clint said back. He just ran 20 laps without breaking a sweat. Now he's swimming at the same speed as a freaking dolphin!

Suddenly Fury said:" I want to see him fight." Then he said something trough the walky-talky and a robot came in. "Is this not a little bit to hard for a teen?" I said but when I finished that sentence the robot was on the floor with the wires sticking out of it and Percy stood next to it laughing "Is that all you got?" He asked, clearly enjoing the fact that we wanted to test his fighting skills.
Fury send in 6 robots, which was the amount I normally trained with. This time I decided to watch the boy convinced he would not succeed. I was wrong. Within 3 minutes all the robots where on the ground. I watched the team gaping at it like fish.
"I want him on the avengers." Fury said.

Percy POV

"No." I said simply. I could feel the avengers gazing at me trough the one way glass.
"Let me ask again," the eyepatch dude said "do you want to escape life in prison, save lives and be a part of the worlds greatest hero's?"

"No"

"Why not?"

"Just bring me to my cell." I said, not wanting to continue this conversation. "No" he said "your going to join the avengers." Now I was getting pissed.
"I SAID NO!" All the water in the building exploded and flooded the rooms. I took my chance and ran trough the water to the exit. Just the i realized we where flying. Why didnt they tell me my prison was a giant airplane? I jumped off the plane and let the water catch me when I reached the ground. I didn't look back at the plain and called a cab. I was going to Montauk.
