"Do you really think I would be standing here if I got ran over by a car? My appearances do not really matter at the moment. Let us focus on, where the fuck were you when I needed you? Did you not think to come find me after three hours of me being absent from the bar? The bar is as small as it gets. WHERE WERE YOU?"

"Where do you think I was Axel? Reliving some stress, as well as reliving other things."

"You nasty ass."

"What are you talking about? I saw you leave with that chick. Wait, did she beat the crap out of you?" He questioned.

"WOW, we have a winner folks. The man is the red shirt wins a prize. No, she did not pummel me, but her boyfriend did. Actually, I have no idea if that was her boyfriend or not. Now that I think about it, he was probably her bodyguard or hit hit man. Wouldn't that be funny if we were dealing with the mafia or some shit?"

We laughed, but the laugh slowly died down with the realization of my problem.

Once we were silent bob whispered, "Shut up, so we don't jinx anything."

Why would the mafia be after me? I pay my taxes, have never taken out a loan, and I have no dept. I got a full ride to the collage of my choice because of golf. The things is, the job I am in now has nothing to do with my major. Collage was a huge wast of time for me.

What kind of mafia would want to ruffle with the big bad Axel Black? The Chinese, Russians, and let us not forget the Italians. What if the couple was part of a gang? There is a very low probability with that estimation.The elegant yet approachable women acted as if she was royalty. Why would royalty have her boyfriend/ hit man beat the crap out of me?

"Axel! Is anyone home. Dude, you just blacked out for a minute?" Joe questioned.

"Sorry, I was just thinking about random shit." My imagination does whatever it wants. Sometimes, I can't even control it.
