I hear Ramona mumble on the phone, Curious i sit up in the bed listening to the conversation.
"Yeah this is lavenders friend Ramona" she pauses "yeah the date where and when, I'll drop her off and cover her" she mumbles again, most likely thinking I'm asleep.
"Yeah Dario's, 7:00?" She asks scooting onto the bed more. "Okay bye jack" she says, I smile realizing she is talking about the date jack is taking me on.
"Ramona who was that" i ask even tho I know who the person was. "Your knight in shining armor" she smiles laying on her stomach.
I smile and stretch, then getting out of the warm bed.
"Where is our date" I ask, genuinely curious. I have no idea what Dario's is.
Ramona laughs and shakes her head "jack wants it a surprise" I pout at her words, I hate surprises, it's one of my pet peeves when people choose to surprise me rather than just tell me.
I groan earning a laugh from Ramona, she rolls her eyes and looks at the clock on the bed side table. I look at it to 3:32,
Ramona turns to me and smiles "we have two and half hours until your date, let's blast" she says rushing to the bathroom.
I smile and gently sit down on the bed, thinking about me and jacks upcoming date.

I look at the mirror that hangs on Ramona's closet door. I was wearing a tight black dress, my hair loosely curled and wearing heels.
I cock my head to the side look intently at my reflection. I pull up my bust self consciously, I've never worn anything this revealing in my whole life.
The closest I've got to revealing is when, I had to borrow one of Lucia dresses that's had a cut out above the breasts, for a sheriff dinner.
"Okay enough staring let me see" Ramona says coming out of the bathroom.
I sigh and turn around so Ramona can take in my completed appearance. Ramona looks at me a wide smile creeping upon her face. Making me cover myself.
"Oh stop it you look sexy lavender, you knew to start showing your curves more cause the are hella perfect" she snorts, jokingly glaring at me.
I blush and tuck the loose hair behind my ear, "okay you ready to go see your prince" Ramona asks grabbing the keys off her dresser. I look up and smile "yeah" I mumble following Ramona down the stairs.
"Bye mom" Ramona yells, I hear a faint goodbye before Ramona pushes me out the door. "Come on we've got places to" she mumbles getting into the car.
I roll my eyes and buckle my seatbelt, I nervously tap my fingers on the console next to me catching Ramona's attention "hey don't be nervous, jack loves you" she says reassuringly.
I give her a light smile, he does love me.

Ramona pulls up to a curb in front of the restaurant jack was meeting me at.
I look out the window saving the people who stand in front of the busy place. My eyes land on jacks familiar figure making me smile.
Ramona catches on and laughs, "go gettem tiger" I roll my eyes and get out of the car my heels clicking on the pavement as I walk toward jack.
"Jack" I call out, he turns around a side smile planted on his face. "Lavender" he breaths pulling me into a tight hug "I missed you" he mumbles pulling away.
Jacks eyes leave my face and make their way down my body. "Holy shit lavender" he mumbles, making feel self conscious once again.
"To revealing?" I ask nervously pulling up my dress. Jack quickly shakes his head no. "You look beautiful"
He plants a small peck on my lips then taking me hand leading me into the restaurant. "hello how may I help you" a elder man says smiling.
"Yes two for gilinsky" the mans nods and grabs two menus
"Right this way" the man leading us though the building, we arrive inform of a candle lit booth at the back of the restaurant. "You waiter will be here soon." The man says, then walking away.
I open the menu and scan though the many options of food. I finally decide on what I want a gently shut the menu.
I look up at jack, he was focused on the menu, his eyebrows knitted together, I can't lie he looked hot.
Jack looks up and smiles "lasagna it is" he laughs shutting his menu.
"Hello I'm Clarissa I'll be your waitress" I blonde woman says taking out her notepad "what would you like this fine evening" jack nods at me to start
"I'll have the chicken tortellini and a water" I says handing her the menu.
Jack clears his throat and begins "yeah I'll have the lasagna and a water also" he mumbles also handing her his menu.
"Alright you food will be right out" the waitress says shuffling toward the kitchen.
Leaving me and jack alone

"How was dinner" jack asks focused on the road In front of him.
We finished dinner in record time, the food was absolutely delicious "it was amazing thank you"
Jack smiles "anything for my princess" I smile, giggling like pre teen girl, the little things jack can do.
"I love you" jack mumbles putting his hand on my thigh. Goosebumps appear on my leg sending shivers though my body.
"I love you too" I mumble back closing my eyes resting my head on the head rest.
Jack then stops the car, making me peek open one eye out of curiosity, my demeanor saddens when I realize I'm in my driveways.
I open my other eye and it up, looking at jack.
"Bye baby" jacks stars pulling me into a kiss. I kiss him back before slowly pulling away, savoring the kiss.
I unbuckle my seat belt and get out of the car, but jack stops me by rolling down the window. "Hey meet me at the lake same spot, tomorrow at 10" jack says rolling up the window, pulling out of the driveway.
I smile to myself and open the door to the house, to find pa reading the newspaper," hell-what the hell are you wearing" pa says eying the revealing dress I'm wearing.
I roll my eyes "Ramona and I gave each other make overs" I mumble coming up with the most believable lie.
Pa just shakes his head and goes back to newspaper, leaving me be. I sigh and walk to my room, sitting on top of my bed, thinking of tonight's events.
My brains ponders deeper as think about how much jacks changed me, innocent wallflower lavender was gone, yes I'm still a little shy, but now I'm not afraid to talk back to pa, sneak out, heck even fall in love with a criminal, meeting jack has really changed me.
And I like it.
