Jordan's p.o.v.

The next morning, I dreaded having to wake up and what I dreaded even more was having to see Princeton at school. You know what, Im not even going to call him Princeton, I'm going to call him by his government name. Right now, he's kind of dead to me.

He already knew what happened between me and Daja with Issa and then he goes and does that. I know that sometimes Daja can be a lil fast but that gave him no reason to give into her. I understand that I don't really have a reason to be mad about it but its just that he's my bestfriend and I don't want her trying to take him from me.

I decided that I would try and avoid 'Jacob' today and I'll just talk to him when I'm ready. I got up early so I can take Keelan to the elementary school. I woke him up and got him ready and fixed him some food. After I got him situated I woke Aniyah up and went to go take a shower and do my hygiene. I put on a New York sweatshirt, tribal leggings, and Supra high tops.

I took Keelan to the school and registered him and then Aniyah and I went to school. When we got there, I saw Ace and Aria all hugged up.

Jordan: omg, why are y'all so close to eachother?

Aria: because your supposed to he close to your boyfriend (starts smiling)

Jordan: omfg I knew you guys were going to get together!

Aria: thanks?

Jordan: so how did this happen?

Aria: when I got back from Cali he called and said and said he needed to see me and when I met him he told me how he felt and that's how we ended up together.

Jordan:aww, that's so sweet. I didn't know Ace had a sweet side

Ace: there's a lot you don't know about me

Jordan:okayyyy.....

Aria:(looking at Aniyah) so who's your friend?

Jordan: this is Aniyah, she came with us from California

Aria: oh, well hey I'm Aria

Aniyah:(waves shyly) hey

Ace:where's Prince, you two are usually joined by the hip like Siamese twins.

Jordan: who's Prince, all I know is a Jacob

Aria: woah what happened

Jordan: ask him

Aria: Aniyah?

Aniyah: don't ask me, she walked in the house mad yesterday and I didn't ask any questions

We talked for a little bit longer then the bell rung. I really didn't want to go to homeroom because I took it with all of those boys. So, I walked Aniyah to the office but it didn't take as long as I thought it would so I had to go to class.

When I walked in the classroom, it felt like everyone was looking at me. 'Jacob' looked at me like he wanted to say something, Issa looked like he was a lion and I was his prey, and Roc literally looked at me like I was just a piece of meat.

Ray: hey Jordan!

Jordan: hey

Prince:hey Jordan

Jordan:hi Jacob

Roc:damn she said yo government name, that gotta hurt.

Prince: can we please talk

Jordan: what do we have to talk about?

Prince: you know what Im talking about

Jordan: oh look, it's time for class to start

Class started and it felt like Prince's eyes were burning a holding my face. After what felt like eternity the bell finally rung. I was the first one out of the classroom.

I got through the day all the way until lunch without running into 'Jacob'.When we got to lunch, I sat at the table with Aria, Ace, Ray, and Aniyah. We were enjoying ourselves until Jacob came and walked over to our table.

Jordan: ugh

Prince: can we please talk?

Jordan: I don't wanna talk to you

Ray: woah, I must've really missed something if the Siamese twins aren't talking

Jordan: can people stop saying that!

Prince: stop yelling, you're causing a scene (grabs her arm) just come on

Jordan: let go of me!

By then everyone's attention was on us.

Prince: no, come on

Jordan: let go!

Prince: you're going to fall if you don't stop trying to pull away

Jordan: I don't -

Before I could finish what I was saying, he let go and I fell right on my ass.

Prince:(laughing) I told you to stop

He grabbed my leg and dragged me into the janitors closet. Once I was all the way in. He closed the door and locked it and then helped me off the ground.

Jordan: why did you just do that!

Prince: can we please just talk?

Jordan: I have nothing to say to you

Prince: look, I'm sorry. Why are so mad about it?

Jordan: because that's my cousin and you already know what happened with Issa

Prince: but that's the thing! Issa was your boyfriend and I'm not!

Jordan: whatever...

Prince: but you wanna know why I did it?

Jordan:why?

Prince: because I like you and I figured that was as close as I was going to get to kissing you

Without thinking I leaned up and started kissing him.

Jordan: I like you too

Prince: so does that mean were together now?

Jordan: yes!

We started kissing again and ten seconds in to the kiss I heard someone clear their throat, that's when we realized the janitor was in the closet the whole time...

Aniyah's p.o.v.

Jordan and Prince cme back in the caf laughing together. I guess they made up. Luckily after lunch I had class with Aria and Jordan. But unfortunately that class was math and I'm not good at math.

When we got there there were math problems everywhere.

Mr. Wilkes: hey class, today were going to be working out problems on the board.

Uh oh....

Mr. Wilkes: Aria you can go first and then Aniyah can go.

Aria solved the problem like it was so easy. But then it was my turn and the equation was 5x+36-29=52.

Aniyah: umm, what am I supposed to be solving?

I heard a few giggles but I tried to ignore them.

Mr. Wilkes: the value of x

Aniyah: umm...

Student#1:airhead!

Student#2: she's so dumb she couldn't pour pee out of a boot if the instructions were on the heel.

Everyone started laughing. I dropped the pen and ran out of the classroom with tears streaming down my face. A few seconds later, Jordan ran out with all of my things.

Jordan: what's wrong?

Aniyah: wtf do you mean what's wrong? I don't belong here!

Jordan: it's ok

Ainiyah: no it's not, I wanna go home!

Jordan:(tosses her the keys) here. You can take my car home and I'll get Prince to drop me off and pick up Keelan but be there when I get home because I have to go to work.

Without responding I walked out the door. I knew I shouldn't have come.....
