Anabel's POV
Ok I know what you're thinking first day jitters right. Wrong! what is wrong with me. I'm fine...right? I mean so what if I mess up my introduction? What is the worse thing that could happen? They all laugh at me and then no one wants to be my friend.

"Miss Night?"

Oh my gosh here I go "Hello my name is Anabel Night. Nice to meet you.". Ok that wasn't so bad.

"Alright Anabel you can have a seat next to Mr. Agreste. Adrien can you please raise your hand?"

I look up into the most captivating emerald green eyes I have ever seen. Somehow they seem familar though. I listen to the teacher and take my place next to Adrien. I can feel every girl in the class glaring daggers into my back. I guess Adrien is pretty popular. As I'm getting out my notebook so I can start to start take notes a voice catches my attention.

"So do you?" Adrien asks.

"Um I'm sorry I didn't hear what you asked." a light blush covering my cheeks.

"I asked if you wanted to be lab partners?" He asks again with his toothy grin.

"Oh sure that sounds fine to me.". As the teacher is wrapping up class I hear an annoying high pitched voice say my name.

"Ugg I can't believe that girl has the nerve to strut into class like that and sit next to MY Adrien. I think someone might have to teach the new girl a lesson." screeched a blonde. Her red headed buddy nodded quickly and giggled.

"Ya you put her in her place Chloé!" cheered the red head. Oh so her name is Chloé. Great not only do I have to deal with super villains but now I also have to deal with high school bullies. The bell rings and I get my stuff together as quickly as possibly and then practically sprint out the door ignoring Adrien as he yells my name. Now that I am far away from that class I slow down and start to look for my next class. Luckily it's art but I have no idea where it is. As I'm wandering the hallways looking for my class I see a girl picking up papers that I'm guessing she dropped. As I make my way to her I notice one of the papers. It's a drawing of clothing and it's really good. I bend down to help her pick up the papers. She looks up at me and I smile and say "Hey looks like you could use a hand."

She looks up at me and smiles. "You're Anabel right?" she asks.

"Uh ya, how did you know my name?"

"You're in my first period. I sit behind you. My name is Marinette. Nice to meet you."

"Oh right you sit next to Alya. Um I have a question...well two."

"Ask away."

"Um do you know where the art room is and will you be my friend?"

She laughs "yes and yes".

I smile and let a breath of air. I follow Marinette to the art room. We actually have it together but I kinda made us late. As we walk there she invites me to sit with her, Alya and Nathanaël at lunch. I also figured out that she's dating Nathanaël and that she used to have a crush on Adrien. The rest of the day went pretty smoothly. I was on my way to my last class of the day which was fencing. I was pretty excited because I used to take lessons when I was younger. Although I don't have the class with Marinette which is a huge bummer. I walk into the locker room to get changed into my gear. I put Luna in my locker and give her a snack which consisted of her favorite camembert cheese and then finally make my way out side. I go talk to the teacher to see who my partner will be since I'm new. He pairs me up with some girl named Sabrina. As I walk over to meet my partner and I notice she is Chloé's friend. I smile at her and introduce myself but she just gives me the cold shoulder. When the teacher tells us to start I noticed that Sabrina is a complete beginner. I easily beat her and make my way to the teacher to tell him that I won.

"Already!" He exclaims. I smile shyly "Well then I guess we might just have to get someone a little more skilled. Ah I know! Adrien will you come and fight this young lady...Anabel I think."

My eyes widen. Great If being his lab partner didn't make Chloé mad then this will. I don't want to make his girlfriend even more mad at me. The teacher walked away and I sighed. Guess what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. "Listen Adrien you're really nice but I don't think your girlfriend likes me talking to you." I say while motioning twords a fuming Chloé.

Adrien's eyes got real big "Chloé? Chloé Bourgeois? No we are not dating. She is so not my type."

"Oh really? Then what is your type?" I say with a smirk. Adrien's face got as red as a tomato. "Haha I'm just kidding. Ready?" I ask picking up my sword.

"Uh ya" He says still blushing. Short story later I won. I walk into the locker room and open my locker to see Luna flirting with a floating black cat. "Um what is going on here?" I ask with a raised eyebrow.

"Ah Anabel it's not what it looks like!" Luna says frantically with a blush finding it's way to her cheeks. "This is Plagg. He's a kawmi like me."

"Oh really?" I ask scratching behind his tiny ear "Who's your owner?"

"I ca-can't tell y-you." Plagg says in between purrs.

"Really then you might want to get back to whoever they are. I bet they're worried sick about you." He starts to leave "Here before you go would like a little snack?" I pull out the other half of Luna's camembert cheese. Plagg's eyes fill with happiness and before I could give it to him he takes it and flies off yelling thank you.
