I poured myself a glass of water and started lightly sobbing. I stood up and saw my mom and dad walk into the kitchen, "Hey Al. How are you?" I put on a fake smile for them, "Fine, why do you ask?" My mom looks at me weird, "Are you sure? Nothing you wanna tell us?" I shake my head, "Nope." She walks over to the drawer next to me on the island and pulls out the box, the pregnancy test box. She slid it in front of me, "Try again." I frowned a bit and started feeling teary eyed. My parents have never seen me actually cry since I was a toddler so they looked taken back, "I'm sorry mom, dad I thought we were being safe." My mom sighs, "Well what're you and Matt gonna do about this?" I hunch over and put my head in my hands. I'm a tall girl, 5'7 so it looked kind of weird with me hunched over. I start crying a bit more for what I'm about to tell my parents, "He doesn't know." I heard them gasp, "How could you not tell him? I mean after all it is his baby-" "He cheated on me mom. And she's pregnant too." I stood up straight and looked down at my 5'3 mother and at my 6'1 dad and they pulled me into a hug, "It's gonna be okay sweetheart. You have two parents that can help you along the way."
- the next day
I was in my bed room looking at my very slim body and thinking of what I'll look like with a larger stomach and bigger boobs. I have barely any boobs and a flat stomach so it'll be quit the difference. My mom peeked through the door, "Hey honey we decided we're gonna go over and discuss this with Matt's parents. You did tell him right, because his parents didn't mention anything." I didn't tell him, "Yeah he probably just hasn't told them yet." She walked out of the room and I picked my phone up right away and texted Matt, "Sorry I have to tell you this way.. I'm pregnant." Then we got in the car and drove to Matt's house. Once we got there we sat in the front living room and his mom and dad poured my parents drinks, "When Ally told me about the beautiful scenery I couldn't believe. Next year we should all go. I've heard about the vineyards there and they are beautiful. But that's obviously not what you're here to talk about." Right after she said that Matt walked around the corner in black joggers and a grey t shirt. He looked so good, "Actually Ally and Matt have something to tell you guys." I hesitate and Matt gives me a questioned look, "Ally." "Uh.. I-I'm pregnant." His parents looked so shocked. Then his dad set his glass down and turned to Matt, "You didn't think maybe that's something you should've told us?" He looked at everyone confused, "I only just found out right before they walked in the house." His mom then looked at me, "Well there is a way to solve this right?" I look at her surprised, "I'm keeping the baby if that's what you mean." His dad sighs, "This is just great. Still think he shouldn't be home schooled to be away from all of this?" His mom glance down at me, "I mean really Ally have you though of what this is gonna do to your guys' futures?" I nod, "I have and I wanna do what's right for the baby." My mom sipped her drink and my dad spoke up, "Wait there's more." His parents looked at him and I questionably and my mom spoke up, "There's a girl at school, that your son cheated on my daughter with, accusing Matt of being the father of her child too." His dad rubbed his forehead, "Really Matthew Lee? And who is this girl?" He looked so confused, "Her named Morgan. I don't even know her." His dad raised his voice, "Well you obviously know her enough to knock her up. Let me guess, she's gonna do the right thing too?" Matt nods and looks down, "That's just great and guess who gets to pay for it all, us. You know this is some kind of twisted games these girls are playing." My mom slammed the glass she was drinking out of down on the table, "Let's just take into account that your son cheated on my daughter with this other girl. It takes two, Rafael." My dad stands up, "Let's go Ally." My mom stands up after him, "You know Rafael, we would contribute as much if not more but I thought you knew that about us." I walk past Matt, "Ally wait." I shoulder check him and he runs after me and turns me around, "Ally listen to me, I don't care what my parents say. I'm going to be there for you." I roll my eyes, "Yeah you say that until you go and fondle Morgan." He gets upset and sort of raises his voice, "I don't want anything to do with her, Ally. I wanna be with you. Why didn't you tell me?" I roll my eyes, "You see Matt if it were just us I could talk to you, but it's not." I start walking away, "Al please. Ally, come on Al." I walk out and my moms there to comfort me, "It's okay sweetheart let's go." We get home and I go on Facebook and look up "Morgan Frank" she has a whole bunch of slutty pictures the a picture of her in an old school shirt from her prior school. I make a new Facebook and put that as my school to log into the after school app. I open it and see a whole bunch of pictures of Morgan and some guy, "Throw back to this 'baby daddy' I knew she was lying then and she's probably lying now." Oh my god.
