Ladybug leaped from building to building, keeping an eye on her precious city. She was on patrol tonight, making sure no akuma's came anywhere near the citizens of Paris. She spotted a flash of black blur flying parallel to her on another set of buildings. She grinned, knowing it would be Cat Noir, but she felt a frown form on her face. Although Ladybug didn't want to admit it, she had wanted to meet up with that little kitty near the Eiffel Tower, but at the same time, she didn't. She feared that in her current state, he might think something was going on... but he couldn't know. He just couldn't. She sighed, and hoped for the best as that black blur got closer and closer.

"Hello, my lady." She turns around only to greet that kitty with a smirk. But suddenly it faltered. The switch turned off in her mind, and tears started trickling down Ladybug's cheeks. She instantly regretted pivoting the other direction and holding her head in her hands.

"It wouldn't have caused nearly as much attention as it is now." Ladybug cursed herself.

"My lady..." Cat Noir trailed off, and put a hand on her shoulder. She instantly shivered at the touch, and she swiftly turned around to meet those green cat eyes.

"Oh, no, I'm fine! I-It's just, uhhh.... allergies! Yeah, *sniff* allergies..." She nervously said, and forced a smile, only to be greeted by a fresh batch of new tears. She pulled out her yoyo, and swung to another building, hoping Cat Noir wouldn't follow her. But she knew he would.

"Ladybug!" He cried as he jumped after her. He wondered what had troubled the spotted creature so much.

"Was it me? Was it my breath? Man, I knew I shouldn't have eaten that salmon... maybe it's something else." He sighed in relief, thinking it could be something else that was troubling her instead of him.

His sharp eyes spotted (spotted, ya get it? HAHAHAHA 10/10 joke xD) the girl land nimbly on her feet, then shoot down an alleyway. He paused to hear if she was continuing to walk down the alley when he landed, when all her heard was a series of small, quiet sobs. He risked a peak at Ladybug. He saw her arms draped over her legs, her head being held up by small, fragile hands. Tears leaked from her eyes, her body convulsing with each shake a sob brought.

He felt so heartbroken to see his lady in such condition. But he wouldn't wait another minute. He quietly tip-toed into the alleyway, and crouched down to a level position.

"My lady, what has happened? You know you can tell me anything." He gently spoke, as he lifted Ladybug's chin up with his hand.

"It wouldn't concern you. Yo-You wouldn't even care." She spoke, tears slowly dropping of her chin.

"Of course I do, you are my lady after all." He grinned, only to stop when he got a teary face in reply. "Are you jealous? You think I have 'other ladies,' now don't you?" He winked, only to get a flabbergasted look in return.

"W-What?! No, of course I'm not jealous, you know I don't like you, you silly kitty." She mumbled, playfully punching his arm as she brushed away his hand holding her head. They stood up.

"Then what's the problem?"

"You wouldn't understand the feeling of rejection, believe me, you get all the girls." Ladybug said while rolling her eyes.

"I might just know what you mean, Ladybug..." He murmured, almost inaudible, quiet enough so that she didn't hear. He didn't want to make her any sadder. "Continue, LB."

"So I was went to ask this boy in my class if he wanted to come to the movies with me..."

"And?"

"He said yes, but then he didn't show up. I-I saw this note..."

"LB, calm down. Deep breaths."

She had started to cry, shaking a little bit.
