From my point of view from an average teenage girl I don't believe in anything child like. Kids who do believe in these things to my opinion are weird and stupid. So why would anyone try to believe in those types of things anyways. Well I didn't until the day of November 13th, 1987 that was the day the earth changed in my perspective when it all happened.
Let's start with the beginning of the story.I walked through the door, took off my jacket, hung it on the rack and searched through the house for something to eat. Here and there there was piles of boxes and some with there contents poured on the floor. Quietly I grabbed an apple from the fridge and climbed the long flight of stairs which led up to my room. "Mom!" I called only the sound of wind whipped through the opened window cursing at the curtains and yelling at the fresh drawings that were pinned to my bulletin board. "Mom!" I called again, quickly an answer "yessss?" Sounded from the storage room that hid in the back of the hallway. "Mom are you back there." "Yessss?"
Slowly I walked past the closet that holds the contents of coats and blankets. I was about to open the storage room door when from downstairs I heard the front door open and i heard my mom say " honey I'm home" I ran down the hall and passed the dark closet once again. And a whispery voice croaked from the closet " don worry I heard it to." As confused as I was I paused and turned slowly, turning to the storage room, the closet, and down the stairs. I chose my direction and quickly bolted down the hall toward the stairwell but as I looked back once more I couldn't tell exactly what was there but I knew something or someone was watching me.
