Hey guys! I have to make a slight change in the story. Julia is now 19 and Alana is 20 and Brett is 21. Sorry about that but it's for the better of the story.
Recap:
"Okay they just pulled up so remember, best behavior!" she said. She walked outside the door to greet whoever it was. Zoe and I held hands and Tyler was yet again staring at me. I hope he gets adopted. If one of the older kids have to go it should be him. He's the oldest and he deserves to go to a nice family. The doors swung open and four people stepped in. First a boy who had hair like Tyler and eyes like me. Then a girl with long brown hair and light blue eyes. The last two people who came in could've knocked me off my feet.
Julia Hamil and Tony Perry.
Julia's POV the day before
My phone hit the floor with a thud and I became light headed. I have a sister that I never knew about? Why would my parents never tell us? I wobbled a little bit and fell but Tony caught me. I could see them all moving their mouths but I couldn't hear any words. I saw my phone on the ground. I bent over and picked it up bringing it up to my ear.
"What do you mean?" I said.
"We have a little sister that mom never told us about. She sat me down and told me yesterday. She said that they didn't have enough money to raise another child so she put her up for adoption when we lived in New Jersey." She said.
"But why did she not tell us!" I yelled. I'm furious right now. I've always wanted a little sister and now, I suddenly have one?
"She didn't think we would take it well and she said we're ready now." She said.
"Do you know where she is?" I said.
"She was moved to a Foster home near here a couple months ago. Her name is Rose and she's about thirteen." She said. Rose. Rose. Rose Hamil. I knew that there was a reason I liked them so much. My little sister is named Rose.
"We gotta find her." I said.
"That's the problem. Mom doesn't want to take her back." She said.
"What!" I screamed into the phone. How dare she! It's her daughter! She can't just not take her back! A light bulb went off in my head. You should have to be 18 to adopt a child.
"Then I am." I said.
"How could you take care of her?" Alana asked.
"I am eighteen so I'll adopt her. You, me, and Brett could take custody for her. Then when I travel she can stay with you guys and then I'll take care of her when I'm not working. She can even live with me in the apartment in August. I don't think she'd wanna be on a tour bus." I said. The guys looked at me like I had lost my mind. Maybe I have. But what's so bad about being mad?
"Okay. Brett's moving out anyway. Maybe I could live with him and we could take care of her." She said.
"What does dad think about this whole thing?" I asked. She was silent.
"Dad doesn't know." How would dad not know? Why didn't mom tell dad?
"How would he not know!" I yelled.
"I don't know." She said faintly.
"Ok well I'm gonna find out all of the foster homes in Orlando and then we will go to every single one if we have to but first thing tomorrow were gonna find her. You, me, and Brett." I said.
"Okay. I'll tell him. I'll see you tomorrow." She said. She hung up and I lowered the phone from my ear. There was a blissful moment of silence before all I heard were the guys yelling out questions. I hate doing this to the guys, all I do is stress them out. "SHUT UP!" I yelled. They all stopped talking. "Ok my sister called me and said that when I was five my mom got pregnant and put my little sister up for adoption cause she couldn't afford another kid. My mom just told my sister and now were gonna go adopt her because my mom doesn't want to take her back." I said.
