A ceaseless race for the first place, a desperate fight to hang on to the spotlight and one fateful LA night...

Victor and Micheal Fuentes have it bad. An abusive father who doesn't want them, rarely getting to leave the house, having to walk several miles uphill to get to the nearest store. Considering this, Jaime Preciado and Andy Biersack have it worse. They're the only guys at their school, their respective parents hate them, and they have only each other to count as friends. Even still, Danny Worsnop probably has it even worse. He lives on the run, avoiding police every time they come near. He's a criminal diagnosed with psychosis stuck on his own, unable to have anyone near him for fear of them getting hurt. When these 5 meet at some of their darkest times, what happens? I'll give you a hint; either they find their other half, or what's left of them crumbles as they sink to new lows.
