Vic is one of those popular school boys who like to mess around during class, much to his teachers' dismay. Until he finds out about his new American History teacher, Mr. Preciado. Vic then goes from bad to worse, as he strives to get the attention he wants from his teacher. But Mr. Preciado isn't like his other teachers..
