Blue, my best friend, I had known her since I started secondary school. Blue's real name was Cornelia Grovsmed VanHansen. She was a curvy blonde with the IQ of about 190 but had the concentration of a bluebottle fly, and an addiction to beeswax candles.
When she arrived I explained that Edna the rabbit lover had struck again and how that was reason for the loud, constant wailing.
"The toenail less , purple kale lover right?" She asked as she strolled inside.
"That's her. Ogre Edna." I responded.
Blue was the only one who could calm Peter down without giggling.
As soon she entered the living room she was kneeling in front of him, trying to steady his breathing. It was more like a midwife guiding a woman through childbirth, without the legs spread apart and the delivery of a child obviously.
The house had turned from the Crazy Tea Lady's house to a 'Rough Break-up Clinic' within two months.
