In a matter of days, I had become fairly familiar with this place. Last night Jennifer had forgotten her purse in my car. She was a sweet girl, I knew it, but there was something blocking me from going all the way in, to fully understand her and her ways. She was sweet, but also stubborn, no doubt about that. I was at her house, not really expecting to see her, but I had to think of some sort of excuse to come by, I walked up to her door and lightly knocked. I don't know what I was afraid of, it was past 2, I doubt anyone is asleep anymore.

hi!” A short lady with equally short brown hair and crystal blue eyes greeted me. “I’m Ellie, Jennifer’s mom” She smiled.

Im Harry, she uhh, left this in my car last night.” I held the bag out to her.

Oh, would you like to come in?” Ellie stepped to the side and gestured me in. It was a nice place, very cozy. There were pictures of  a lot of kids and also Jen in multiple softball uniforms. I stepped closer to one in particular, admiring a small Jennifer, her eyes lit up, she looked so carefree as she was on the shoulders of same man, I'm guessing was her father.

“I think she’s in the shower right now, but you could go on in to her room if you’d like” She smiled

Oh, ummm,  thank you.” I said, hoping she hadn’t noticed me looking onto the picture.

I walked into an empty room, there were 2 single beds on both sides of the room, she must share it with someone. I looked around for any clues as to what side was Jen’s. It was quite hard, I guess Jen was a little more private than I thought. I saw an opened laptop on one bed, and I couldn’t fight my curiosity. I sat on the bed and saw it was opened to Twitter, or better yet, someone’s mentions. I saw a bunch of “Jen you’re amazing!” and “Please follow me” The usual stuff I suppose. But I did notice a couple asking if she knew me, some even attached pictures of us from last night at her game. And here I was thinking there was no paparazzi.

“I love you! I totally ship Hennifer! Ya’ll are too cute” I read, but my heart sank when I saw her reply.

Sorry, you must have me mistaken. I don't know a Harry.”

Why was she denying it? Well,  I mean, there was nothing to deny, we weren't a couple or anything but why deny knowing me? Was I really that bad?

I scrolled through what seemed to be a hundred more, and that’s when I saw

You hideous slut, you’re no good for him.” “You only want him for his fame! Get a better job!”

How did they even find her? I felt almost guilty for having met her, now I understood why she would deny knowing me. No one’s even said we’re dating and here there already “fans” telling her to die.

I heard someone coming down the hallway, I panicked and turned the laptop away from me and tried to sit as natural as possible.

You’re that guy from last night.” Thank god it wasn't Jennifer, instead a girl who looked around 14.

Im Sophie, Jennifer’s sister.” She said as she walked over to her computer.

“Im Harry.” I almost whispered. I don't know why I was so nervous. Maybe it was the fear of almost getting caught snooping through Jen’s stuff. I don’t know if she heard me or not, but I began to relax a little, I observed the room, well there wasn't much to observe, just posters, which I'm guessing they were Sophie’s, plastered all over the walls.

Is that Harry Styles?” I heard a faint voice over the computer.

“I don't know his last name.” Sophie whispered.
