Sorry this chapter took so long to come out. I was suffering a major case of writer's block. I'll warn you, I'm still suffering writer's block so this might be the only update for a while. I'm also considering not finishing this story, it's not as popular as I hoped and I'm just not inspired anymore.

The rest of the night was uneventful, though I got some glares from the rest of Slytherin house. Not that I cared, they had no clue who they were messing with. Most of the other students could tell that I wasn’t in the mood to deal with any bullshit, so they left me in peace when I finally got back to the common room. After saying goodnight to Ryan, I found out that Pay and I would be sharing a room. Sadly, we were also sharing it with some pug faced brat and a hulking monster of a girl who seemed to be her best friend.

“Ok, well since you’re new here, I just want to say that you need to stay away from my Drakey.” The pug faced bitch said.

I scoffed and rolled my eyes, this bitch was obviously delusional.

“Believe me pug, there is nothing I want from Drakey.” I replied, using air quotes around the nickname the pug used. Sitting on the floor between our beds, I began to mutter in the language of my people. Well, the portion of the people I didn’t like. I really could care less who knew about my heritage, but I knew I should be careful now that His warrior bitch was now in the school. Thankfully, the enchantment I was using wasn’t anything that would tick the warrior off. A light red glow filled the room, forming a line between Pay and I and those hideous things masquerading as females. When the light faded, I was getting weird looks from everyone in the room.

“What the hell was that?” Pay asked, backing away from me slightly.

“Relax, it’s a simple enchantment to keep those two idiots away from us and our shit.” I said, smirking.

“Seriously? Because I had to room with them last year and I swear that some of my underwear went missing.” Pay replied.

“Ugh, I already told you that neither of us stole your underwear.” The pug bitch said, I still hadn’t gotten her name.

“Ok, I really don’t care about this petty argument. To answer your question Pay, yeah, they can’t cross this line.” I said, smirking. Thankfully, the line meant that they could get to the door and we could get to the bathroom. It basically was only to keep them away from our beds and personal items.

“That’s impossible, I don’t know any spells that can do that.” The hulk said, I swear, I’m not entirely sure that it was a woman.

“Believe what you want, I’m going to bed though.” I muttered, laying down in bed. I closed my eyes and was asleep in moments.

The next morning, I woke up to the sound of something heavy flying across the room and glass shattering. Pay and I both opened our eyes and stared at the broken window. The pug was staring at the invisible line in the floor with fear in her eyes, her toes just barely touching where the barrier started. There was a bucket of water in the pug’s hands and there was bright pink glitter all over the floor next to a second bucket. It was clear that they had wanted to douse us in glitter as a prank. Since the hulk was nowhere to be found, I assumed that it was her that had broken the window. A scream filled the air and we turned to face the pug, who was red in the face.

“What the hell? How did that happen?” Pug screamed at me. I crossed over the boundary line and lifted her using one of my other demonic powers, telekenisis. I love being half demon. She turned pale white while Pay gasped, though they both probably thought it was only wandless magic.
