(Y/ n) hung her head low as she was ridiculed by nearly half of her class.

"FREAK!!"

"SLUT!"

"What a fucking failure!!"

And they were all laughing.

One half of her told her to fight and get them to stop, but another half told her that all is well, the instigators are already in pain, emotionally. After everyone had spat their curses, one girl by the name of Jill grabbed (y/ n) by her shirt collar and slammed her into the wall. All the kids cheered as she got punched in the stomach repeatedly.

The teacher wasn't there, so nobody would help her. Then Jill brought her first up to (y/ n)'s face and asked, "Any last words bitch?"

*you called for help

Crack

*...

*but nobody came

(Y/ n) stumbled through the front door, holding her nose. It was probably broken. She weakly called out, "Pap... S-sans... I'm back..." She threw her backpack by the door and walked to the kitchen, clutching her stomach with one hand and holding her broken nose with the other. She peeked into the kitchen, and saw Sans attempting to reach into a cabinet. He's so precious.

He attempted to reach a jar of spaghetti sauce, but he was a little bit too short. (Y/ n) coughed, and Sans turned around. He had his eyes closed, and he said enthusiastically, "OH, HUMAN!!! WELCOME H-" He opened his eyes.

...

"AAAHHHH!!!!" He screamed so loud it gave her a worse headache than the one she already had. She could hear a door open on the upper floor and Papyrus yell down the stairs, "SANS! WHAT THE HELL ARE YA SCREAMIN' ABOUT?!" Sans yelled back, "T-THE HUMAN!! THEIR... BLEEDING!!!" Then, footsteps could be heard running down the stairs.

(Y/ n) was starting to feel dizzy.

Papyrus could see (y/ n) standing in the doorway of the kitchen, some blood was dripping onto the floor. He ran up behind her and touched her shoulder, then she fell back into him. He got a better look at her face, she was busted up real bad.

Sans asked frantically, "WH-WHAT DO WE DO?!" Papyrus stuttered, "I-I don't know bro!!" They stood there panicking for a few moments before Sans said, "I KNOW, L-LET'S CALL DR. UNDYNE!!! SH-SHE'LL KNOW WHAT TO DO!!" Papyrus nodded and said, "Y-yeah! Go call Undyne!" Sans ran off to the house phone and dialed Undyne's number.

Papyrus picked up (y/ n) and brought her over to the couch, he laid her down gently. But she still felt pain when her back touched the cushion. She started to cry a little bit. Papyrus started to panic, "Oh, ah, sh-shoot kid! Don't cry, pl-lease?" She only cried harder, and brought her hands up to her face, but didn't touch her nose. His right eye started to glow a neon orange, he was breathing really quickly. (Can skeletons even breathe??)

Sans slammed the phone down and said, "UNDYNE WIL BE HERE SOON!!" Papyrus laughed, but in a sad way? He brought his hand up to his face and covered his right eye socket. Sans ran over to (y/ n) and kneeled down next to the couch, he said, "d-don't worry human, Dr. Undyne will be here soon." He was much quieter than he usually is. His usual happy, bubbly personality was basically eradicated for the time being. It was replaced with a frantic, worried look in his eyes. (Y/ n) had cried until there were no tears left.

Sans asked, "who did this??" She closed her eyes and sighed shallowly, "it was th-those kids at s-s-school..." Papyrus shot a glance at (y/ n), "Those bullies did this to you?" She slowly nodded, and Papyrus' eye flared like flames. He started to lose it, until there was a quick knock at the door.

Papyrus ran to the door and swung it open, there stood a flustered Undyne holding a medical bag of some sort. She asked, "M-may I come in-" He pulled her inside and closed the door, and Undyne looked at the couch. She gasped and pointed to (y/ n), "I-is that what..." Sans asked, "Can you help her?!" Undyne nodded.

__Time skip 1 day later___

(Y/ n) slowly opened her eyes, everything was sore. She felt something holding her hand, she looked over. Sans had been holding her hand, but he had fallen asleep. She smiled sweetly and gently squeezed his hand. (Y/ n) slowly sat up, she didn't want to get up though... so she laid back down. After a few moments, Papyrus walked in talking to someone on the phone.

"Yeah, she was brutally beat at school."

"Mhm, bullies."

"Yeah, she ain't gonna go back for like a week or so."

"Yeah... okay..."

"So the kids are gettin' punished?"

"Alright. Okay... bye."

He ended the call and walked over to the couch, he didn't notice she was awake. He looked down at Sans, "dang bro, ya stayed with her all night? Heh, ya really got a thing for her huh?" (Y/ n) asked, "What?" Papyrus jumped, he said, "God damn kid! Heh, s-sorry... didn't know you were up."

She smiled and asked, "What did you mean by Sans 'has a thing for me'?" Papyrus chuckled and replied, "Yeah, Sans told me he's got a little crush on ya." (Y/ n) could feel her face get warmer. He said kindly, "Well, it's nice to know you're awake. Uh, you probably shouldn't go back to school for a while kid. At least a week." She nodded.

He said, "Well, I'm gonna be upstairs. Holler if ya need anything okay?" (Y/ n) nodded again. Papyrus turned and walked upstairs, and into his room.

(Y/ n) sat in silence for a while.

....

.....

Then Sans woke up.

He lifted his head from the arm of the couch, and he stretched, but only with one arm since the other was holding (y/ n)'s hand. He lazily sat back again and looked over to her, not expecting her to be looking back. Sans jumped, then hurriedly pulled his hand away from hers. He stuttered, "Oh! Uh s-sorry human! I guess I-I fell asleep! S-sorry..."

She grabbed his hand and squeezed it, giving him a reassuring smile. She said, "It's fine." She leaned over and kissed him on the cheek(cheekbone??). He got really flustered and nervous.

The rest of the week was spent cuddling Sans and watching him get all flustered when she kissed him
