Chapter 8 (Akido)

Akido was beaten multiple times for trying to 'escape.' He had told them he was trying to talk to one of the Yin-Yang Rouges and he was beaten even more. Adimar, on the other hand, actually picked the lock on the cuffs and was trying to escape but she was caught. She put up a mighty fight for such a young girl, killing a Yin-Yang Rouge in the process. She was tied to a wooden post and they used the whip on her.

Akido and Adimar had been there for two days, and the first night they spent there, she had picked the lock and was almost to the camp entrance when a wild fox came, crushing leaves under-paw. The guard came searching for whatever disturbed the night's silence. He had discovered Adimar and raised the alarm. The guard was a Yin-Yang Rouges and Adimar killed him almost instantly.

Akido had watched hopelessly, as guards swamped over Adimar and finally got her to the ground, but she still fought for her life. They didn't knock her out, and they somehow managed to get her over to a wooden post and tie her there. She had screamed curses at them in Irish and they had brought out a whip. She was already wearing a tank-top because it was hot during the nights and she was beaten. Scream after scream, after scream.

Her cries of pain nestled in his skull, it was all too much. A girl, less than ten, tortured like this. He watched hopelessly as the blood soaked her clothing. She lost consciousness a long time ago. "18, 19, 20." Akido counted. They stopped at 20 and dropped her carelessly to the ground, while other Rouges rushed forward, cuffing her again. They dragged her next to Akido and left her there. Akido tore his cloak to pieces, trying frantically to help Adimar.

He loved his cloak, almost as much as Kurisu loved her daggers. Kurisu went insane every time someone touches them and Kini has to calm her down. He seems like he is the only one able to calm her down. Him and Naoku. They both fought with her, dagger to sword and dagger to trident. Fighting or killing calmed her down.

Either way, he wasn't going to let the girl bleed to death. He rolled her onto her stomach, trying to ignore her groans of pain. He reached for the water bottle the Rouges gave him and attempted to clean the wound with the water. Adimar continued to whimper and she finally gained consciousness after an hour of dressing the wounds. She didn't sit up or move at all. Instead she lied there and finally said something that shocked him. "Thank you, Akido." Akido jumped slightly when she spoke but nodded. "It was nothing, Adimar." He replied. "You should get some sleep."

Adimar nodded, and rested her chin on her hands, closing her eyes. She quickly fell asleep and Akido stayed awake through the night, looking for any signs of the Lunar rouges that would save him from this horrid place.

A/N: I lied. I have not edited the Chapters. will though! I have a few questions for you. Actually....just One. Who should I kill?

And any other character. I am having trouble thinking up weird names fro characters so shoot me a message if you have an idea. Also, Azura's name is now Azura Ekilia, not Lemay. I stole that name from my friend's OC and decided that I need to be semi creative. x3 Anyway....I will have to make that edit as well. Peace and Tacos.
