I was sitting on the couch waiting for Tone to get in. He been gone for two days. I heard the keys at the front door and got up to open it. When I opened the door Tone was there with some dark skin girl. He pushed passed me while pulling her in the house by her hand.
"Where the fuck you been? And who is this hoe?"
"Chill. Why you trippin?"
"Nigga you been gone for two days" I said while putting two fingers in his face. He slapped my hand down.
"Bitch don't put yo hands in face. Fuck wrong witchu"
"You come in the house with a thot ass bitch while our daughter up stairs sleep! What the fuck is wrong with?"
He smacked his lips and plopped down on the couch. He pulled her on him so that she was sitting on his lap.
"Oh really?" I said putting my hand on my hips.
"Man, gone. Go! Go yo ass upstairs"
I grabbed the bitch by her hair and threw her to the floor. I punched Tone in his mouth two times before he got up and pushed me to the floor and kicked me in my side.
"Go wait out side" He said to the girl. She looked between him and me nervously.
"I said go!" He yelled at her. She picked herself up off the floor and hurried out the door.
"You wanna put your hands on people huh?" He said as he took off his belt. I stayed quiet.
"So you aint got shit to say now?" He wrapped the strap of the belt around his hand.
"Im s-" I was cut off by him hitting me with the belt buckle on my thigh. I cried out.
" You sorry huh?" He said and continued hitting me with the belt repeatedly. I tried to get up and run but he grabbed a fist full of my hair and pulled me back down.
"Stop!" I cried. He punched me in my face.
"Shut the fuck up"
"Mommy" I heard Italy call for me. She was coming down the stairs.
"What's wrong mommy?" She said with a sad look.
"I'm okay. Go back to your room"
"Sure?"
"Italy go to your room" He said.
"But-"
"Now!" He hollered at her. She jumped a little and started crying and ran back up the stairs.
"Go check on her" He said, while putting his belt back on. I got up and hurried up the stairs. I went into my daughters room and she was wrapped up in her blankets, sniffling. I went over and sat on her bed.
"Come here snook" I said. She crawled into my lap and I cradled her.
"Daddy didn't mean to holler at you, okay? He's just cranky right now"
"K, mommy"
"Go back to sleep okay? Tomorrow we can do whatever you want okay?
"Okay" She crawled off my lap and got back under the cover. I kissed her cheek and told her goodnight and I love her.
"Night, mommy" I smiled and left out and closed the door behind me. When I got into the shower to clean myself up, I broke down. When I got out, I dried off and put on some pajamas and laid down.

"Come on" I said grabbing Italy by her hand. She wanted to go to Chucke Cheese, so I took her and of course she wanted her Auntie Aysia to come too. So she said she was gonna meet us here.
When we got inside, kids was screaming and running all over the place. I spotted Aysia at a table with her phone in her hand.
"TT!" Italy got excited when she seen aysia as we walked over to the table.
"Hey boo" Aysia said picking her up and sitting her in her lap.
"Hey girl. What you been up to today?" I asked her as I sat down.
"Nothing. I been in the house girl since Zahir been at home more lately. What about you?"
"Nothing. I been chillin"
"What's wrong?"
"Why you suspect something is wrong?"
"My best friend senses is tingling"
I laughed.
"Ain't nun wrong. I'm just a lil -"
"Mommy! I want to play"
"Don't interrupt me while I'm talking Italy. That's rude"
"Sorry mommy"
"We can talk later"
I nodded. We got up and Italy ran ahead of us.

"Hello?" I answered.
"Is you getting ready?" Star asked on the other end.
"For what?"
"Damian Party!" She said.
"It's today? Damn I fucking forgot"
"Girl get ready I'm picking you up in a hour!"
"Damn. What I'm gone tell my sister?"
"Tell her my grandma died and you want to come see how I was doing"
"Iight .I'm finna text her"
