Chizuru/Saitou Fan Fiction

Chapter 4

After Chizuru finally wakes up and sees that Saitou is fighting this man who introduced himself to her as Kazuma, Chizuru takes up her blade and runs into the fight. As Saitou is getting pushed back because Kazuma got angry and transformed into his demon self Chizuru jumps in front of Saitou just as Kazuma lunges forward and cuts her cheek. Chizuru flinches in pain but does not stand down; she points her katana at the blonde man and threatens him to back away. Kazuma is shocked that the young maiden would be brave enough to confront him he decides it's time to back down and retreat as he has already slashed her face.

Saitou stands up and walks over to Chizuru and frantically touches her face where the cut should have been, but it seems that is has already healed. Chizuru pushes his hand away and tries to cover up the spot where the cut should have been but he has already noticed. Chizuru looks down at the ground feeling ashamed that he has found out that she is not exactly human, she starts to tear up and she falls to the ground since her knees have given out. Saitou walks up to her and pulls her into a very deep hug trying to comfort the poor girl. "It doesn't matter what you are, human, demon, it doesn't matter, and everyone in this place is not considered human anyways." Saitou says trying to comfort her. Chizuru looks up at his face and smiles, which causes the man's heart to skip a beat, Saitou looks in the other direction and blushes, wondering what's wrong with him since he seems to be finding the girl to be even more beautiful than she originally was.

A few moments pass then Souji walks towards them and cough, "Hey love birds get a room!" he smirks at them. Saitou quickly lets go which makes Chizuru feel a bit sad but she shakes that feeling off. They all decide to go inside and have a cup of tea that Chizuru offered to make and have a small discussion about what just happened. Saitou decides to follow Chizuru to help her carry the tea over and to have a private discussion about his feelings for her. As they get into the kitchen and Chizuru starts making the tea, Saitou walks behind her, "Um Chizuru there is something I need to tell you, this may take a while since it is kind of award but will you hear me out?" Saitou says to the young girl. "Sure what is it that you want to talk about Saitou?" Chizuru says as she turns around to look him in the eyes. "Well the thing is, lately I have been thinking about you more often then I used to, and I seem to find myself wondering what you're up to and if you're doing alright, and then it finally clicked into me when Kazuma came and tried to kidnap you. I seem to have fallen in love with you and I was wondering if you would go out with me Chizuru." Saitou says as he blushes furiously. Chizuru looks at him with shocked eyes and tears begin to fall down her face since she is overly happy with this confession of his. "Yes Saitou of course yes I would love to become your partner I love you also!" She cries in delight.

This will be all I am writing until I get some views and comments asking for more. Since I am not to sure how popular this work will be and it will honestly just depress me if I spend more time writing this and no one reads it.
