A/N outfit above is the costume for Scarlet aka Lilia. Outfit has a red mask made from a compressed micro fabric. 

I looked over my new surroundings, it was beautiful. Star City, I heard there's a boy about my age running around saving this city. I looked down to see a couple thugs chasing a woman down an alley. I jumped down in front of the men.

"Look a pretty one boys, pretty ones don't last long here." The main thug said coming at me.

I rolled my eyes pulling an arrow from my quiver. I shot him in the leg. His boys turned and ran. He knelt down on the ground. I grabbed him by his hair.

"Now what does a lady have to do to get the attention of a hero?" I said kicking him in the chest making him fall backwards.

"Not much at all." I heard someone say from behind me.

The thug got up and ran away.

I turned to see an arrow in my face. I quickly reached out and snapped the arrow. I jumped back to see who I was dealing with. It was a guy with red hair and broad shoulders dressed in red. An arrow was coming right for my arm. I grabbed the arrow. He slammed me to the ground and was on top of me.

"Only our first date and you're already on top of me." I smiled, "You sure know how to treat a girl." I grabbed his shirt, threw him to the side, and sat on top of him.

"I don't have time for your games." He said trying to get up.

I slammed him back to the ground. "I don't think so ginger, I'm not done with you quite yet." I grabbed his shirt and pulled him forward.

Our lips met. To my surprise he kissed back. I took my graffleing hook type arrow from my quiver and shot it.

"Hate to kiss and run but..." I was automatically pulled up.

I stood on the top of the building. I looked down, he was still laying in the ground.

"I gotta run, later ginger." I disappear into the night.
