Anakin:

The rain was pouring down. You couldn't see a thing. All you knew was you were cold.

Very cold.

It had been years since you had had a place to call home. For as long as you could remember you had lived on the streets. You had always been an outcast. It didn't bother you much, that is until nights like this. Nights when rain fell relentlessly from the Coruscant night sky, drenching everything in its path. You shook to the bone, tears mixing with the rain on your face. You wanted it to all be over. It was too much.

How was it that on a planet this big, you had no place to go? No place to run to?

There you sat outside a bar, hoping that someone would drop a bag of food, a coat, anything. The rain was letting up just slightly; you could now see a few feet in front of you. You felt your eyelids become heavier with every passing moment. The sound of footsteps filled your ears as you closed your eyes and curl into a ball, trying to keep warm.

That's when you noticed the rain had stopped. Or had it?

The sound of it filled your ears, but you could no longer feel it hitting your freezing body. Your eyes flew open to find a pair of blue-green ones looking right at you. He jumped slightly when your eyes flew open but soon smiled glancing behind him.

"I told you master. She's very much alive." You didn't know who he was talking to but you didn't care. Looking up you saw that the rain was bouncing off of nothing. It was sliding down around you, but was being stopped by nothing at all. The boy in front of you was holding his hand up as if holing an invisible cup. He turned to face you again, "Do you have a name?" He questioned.

"Y-Y/n" You stuttered.

"Well Y/n. How would you like sleep under a real roof tonight?"

Obi-Wan:

"Senator, the emperor would like a word with you." You spoke as you bowed slightly in front of the Senator's guest, begging their pardon. "Of course, Anakin would you accompany me please?" Padme spoke as she turned to face the young Jedi in training. He nodded and followed the girl into the Emperor's office.

You watched as the doors closed and then sighed when you realized that you were finally alone. Your whole body loosened up as you stood there, free to slouch and stretch and be yourself. You knew for a fact that when the Emperor wanted to talk he would talk for hours on end. By the time he was finished you would most likely be finished with your shift and another girl would have come and taken your place.

Unaware that there was more than one Jedi visiting you took your hair down from the pins that held it up, letting it fall around your shoulders. With a relaxed sigh you flipped your head down and ran your fingers through it loosening it up.

"Meesa show you where little Ani is nowsa!" Spoke a familiar voice.

"Thank you Jar-Jar. This tour has been.... Enjoyable..." Spoke an older man's voice.

Panic began to set in as you flipped your head up, your hair flowing behind you.

Your eyes met a soft and kind pair, as a light blush dusted across both your cheeks. You bowed your head almost immediately. "Forgive me for this show of disrespect. I was unaware that we had more than one Jedi in our company. Strike me if you will.... For my ignorance." You spoke tears welling up in your eyes and causing the last words to be choked out.
