Brenda's pov: well we here at our house in the calabasas neighborhood. My little brother Daniel is playing the Wii I think that's his way of getting away from anything that can hurt him that hurt me. I have two brothers actually my older brother stayed in Minnesota his name is Jesus we aren't as close as we used to be barely even talk anyway also I have a little sister Priscilla she's a singer I suppose she sings Mexican regional music so does my mom she say music runs in our blood that's what she says. I should really get to unpacking though.
Two days later ..
Brenda: mom mom mother mama!
Norma: que pasa mija?
Brenda: well I wanted to ask when I start school you know I want to wait until my friends get here I don't want to be alone.. I know what you guys may be thinking her friends? yeah my friends Trent,Alicia,Derek, dijah,Kelly,ed,Chris they more like family you see there's more than what meets the eye.. I moved from Minnesota cuz a girl broke my heart my family moved up to new York yeah I know that's where meet all of my friends in school but also where I lost my 24/7 my love I'll tell you that story later.
Norma: honey you know I wouldn't let you go to school alone plus I think if I did I would turn up in the middle of the ocean thanks to your friends. You'll start school tomorrow they should be here later
Brenda: haha I knew you was scared of them. Alright thanks mommy I'll be in my room if you need anything.
