Chapter 6: Fall Drea, Land of Ice

~Syre~

"Well here he comes... Dragno... It's been six years, oh how you must have grown. That little child is no more huh. I remember how we played" I start tearing up, thinking of the fun and trouble we got in, or well, I got us in, how I fell in in love with the little boy. "So young... So full of energy. After that battle... Did he get lost too? Did my little Draggy disappear... You're probably one mature and grown up fellow now. Not that cute little dragon, playing, training, trying to beat us... trying to show he's meant to be an Element. I never knew why you're so eager to show us. Silly... Silly little Draggy" I take a deep breath and wipe the oncoming tears as the ship comes to land. And there he is. On the ship. I see Zax, he's all grown up, he looks so much more serious now, but also less, weird. Beside him is a blue bird. I can only guess this is Zax's fiancé. There's also a White furred husky, I see his purple hair, he looks really cute, adorable even! But, there I see him, Dragno, standing behind the husky, so tall and straight. He is definitely grown up. Most features changed...but it's him, the purple dragon, his beautiful scales in the icy wind. I can see him from all the way here... Making me think... Of back then...

~Story~

Dragno sees the Maiden upon the harbor. Waving at her with a broad smile showing he is happy to see her after so long, he makes his way down to her. "H- Hello Draggy- eh uh, Dragno" She smiles and blushes making Dragno smile and blush back, he chuckles to hide it. "Hey Syre, still with the Draggy thing? Heh, how have you been all this time?" said Dragno with a smile." Well, you know, so so" She smiles and punches his shoulder, hard, he fakes some pain. "Ouch, still after all this time you have no problem with picking on me?" "Uh, well you-" "Hello! I'm Philly the Husky, nice to meet ya!" Philly, acting all cutely as he pops into the conversation. "Hello there Philly" Greeting the Husky by ruffling his head fur. The husky giggles and smiles as he whispers to the Draco "I like her" Syre hearing this giggles.

"And hello to you too Zax" She looks at Zax as he has been silent the entire time. "Hello Syre" He smiles and gives her a wave. "Whoa whoa whoa, since when does Zax smile" Clearly surprised by the warm welcome of a smile and wave when Keesha says "Since me apparently" The blue bird smiles and greets Syre "Hello, I am Keesha, Zax's fiancée" Syre eagerly greets the future wife of Zax "Wow! Awesome! Hello I'm Syre, just the Aqua element, the maiden of all kinds of water, no big dealy" Syre smiles as she turns to Zax. "Nice find huh Zaxy~!" "Don't call me that, ever, we talked about that, do not call me by your little pet name" Says Zax as he gets a little angry.

Syre sticks her tongue out at him "Nnnn, hehe, why? What's the tuff Phoenix gonna do to pour ol Syre" "Hahahahaha" Dragno suddenly bursts out laughing. "what??" says Syre as she quickly turns to Dragno with an angry face. "No no, n- Nothing nothing" says Dragno as he staggers back with both hands up signaling no harm. "Maybe saying that to her is not the best idea... You know how she gets when she is mad" Says Zax with a smirk as he remembers her beatings. "I don't get mad" Syre pouts and crosses her arms. "Oh yes you do, easily really, poke poke" Says Dragno as he pokes her with his tail's tip. "hihihihi, s- stop that, you know how sensitive my skin is" Says Syre, trying to escape his tail.

"hehe, yes... yes I do" He says it with a smile as he pokes her, Philly pulls him away. "Draaaag, can we eat??" We hear Philly's stomach growl, making Dragno's own stomach grumble loudly. "Uhhh" He blushes and stands back straight. "Syre?" He looks at her. She smiles evilly "After you poked me, no one gets my special food" She looks at Philly then Keesha "Maybe the new comers, they don't know how my ribs taste, do you?" Keesha shakes her head "Nope, never had any ribs, it good?" "RIBS!!! Yes it's awesome! Syre, please, forgive me" Dragno suddenly on his knees begging "Soo sorry for poking you, don't do this, I- I mean, poor old Zax" "What?" says Zax confused. "He's pretty hungry, and he missed your ribs, and he's a nice guy, he'll let me eat with him!" "I'm not even that hu- " says Zax then Dragno cuts him off "Shhhh, she's thinking... Sooo" full of hope and a huge smile. "Hmmm, maaaybe" says Syre, still wearing his smile "Oh come on!"

"Ok fine, maybe for Zaxy, he looks pretty thin" We see Zax close his eyes and say "Yes I am hungry, and thin because it makes it easier to move in battle, Zaxy... stop calling me that" "I like it, from now on, you're my Zaxy" Says Keesha as she hugs Zax, Zax goes red with a blush as well as a bit of a temper showing. "Thanks a lot Syre..." pure sarcasm "No problem!" says Syre and chuckles "What about meeee" Whines Dragno as his stomach Gruuuumbles again. Everyone laughs and giggles. "Ok fine, I can't let my Draggy starve while everyone eats my delicious ribs that I made especially for him anyways" Says Syre, finally letting Dragno not be sad for not eating...

~Zax~

Well this is humiliating, Keisha calling me that childish name over and over again...Making me blush, how could she do that. We follow Syre back to her home. It is quite nice; we see it over the horizon. It's a wooden house on some white stone, almost pristine. "Hey Syre, how did you find a rock like that to build your house on?" I say as we get closer to her home. "Oh that, It was there when we moved here, I asked the king if I can stay away from the kingdom. Away from the noise, and luckily there was this rock. But I can always be called by the messengers" I still have no idea how it got here, maybe a rock from the volcano; I turn my head and look at the volcano. It is just like any volcano, but... its stone is white like the stone the house is set on. The volcano is also covered in ice. "Has it ever erupted?" I say and go in; Syre closes the door and turns to me. "Well no, but it's not inactive, sooo it might erupt and make the entire kingdom freeze and get covered in sub-zero magma!" She says all that with a smile and go to get the food that her friend helped keep warm. "Ribs! Finally I can eat!" Says Dragno. "Oh I can't wait to taste it, it smells very good Syre" Says Keesha as she inhales the smell of Ribs and its sauce as it floats through the air. Honestly it made my own stomach grumble and I blush, everyone bursts out laughing and looks at me. "Hahaha looks li-"Shut up Drag..." I say to him and let out a squawk to warn him off. "Whoa ok then mister grumpy phoenix" Says Drag with a smile, I almost want to shoot his face with a lightning bolt...

~Syre~

The house is filled with the heat of the ribs, so I must make the air around just me cooler, without anyone noticing..."Boys, shush and come get some food" I smile as I stop their little fight before they burn my house down. I let Draggy sit next to the fire, but I can't get too close to it and move to the other end of the table. The table is filled with 5 plates, each is stacked with my delicious ribs on it and each is covered in my own special sauce. "Well... Dig in!" I say with a smile as Draggy grabs almost half of one plate and everyone laughs. "Whath?" He says. Already is his mouth stuffed with ribs, sauce running down his face.

We all eat and talk, catching up on what happened. I learned that Durzo is doing very well. I miss that old geyser. But I can't complain he was an awesome friend and mentor to us all... Is it funny to think that child didn't go? Here he is, still full of energy! I'm so happy, happy he's still here..... We also talked about what we were going to do next. But that's for tomorrow!
