                                 A POV

I sat on the edge of the table waiting for my turn to throw the ping pong ball into a cup. I was known for this game so of course I didn't have to worry about losing this round. I had this in the bag but I kept getting distracted by someone across the room. She had long dark hair with red ends. She looked a couple inches taller than me but damn was she hot.

It was my turn to go and I sunk it without a problem, I watched as the guy across from me downed the beer and everyone cheered. I couldn't get my mind of that girl though, I was determined to at least talk to her. I doubt she's even gay but it was worth a shot. Most people at this party were straight so I didn't think to get my hopes up.

                                S POV
I could see she kept staring at me, I would be lying if I said I wasn't staring too. She was gorgeous and she has been getting my attention all night. I was planning on going up to her but I didn't want to get my hopes up on her being gay. She might have not even been staring at me, she might have just been looking at someone near me. I was debating wether I should walk over there and introduce myself but just as I was about to my friend Hannah pulled me over to talk to me about some guy she had just met.
"well there goes my chance.. "
     I thought to myself

                              A POV
I saw some girl walk up to her and start a conversation with her. Was that her girlfriend? Or was that just a friend? I started to wonder as I started to feel a little bit of jealousy stir up in me. I shouldn't even feel jealous, I haven't even talked to her.

"Just walk over there and talk to her.
Come on Allison just do it."
I thought to myself.

I saw that the girl had walked away from her so I decided now was my chance. If I was going to do it, now was a perfect time. She was standing alone with a red solo cup in her hand and it was the chance to go talk to her.

As Ally began to walk over to her she started to feel the butterflies stir in her stomach. Except butterflies were an understatement to what she was feeling.
                              3rd person
"Hey, I'm Ally!" She said extending her arm to meet with the girls

"hi I'm Stevie" the girl said as she extended her arm towards her.

"are you here alone?" Ally asked trying to get her relationship status out before she tried to flirt.

"Yeah, my friend Hannah invited me but I'm not sure where she is and I'm single so I couldn't exactly invite my girlfriend to come with me haha" Stevie responded nervously laughing.

"bingo"
Ally thought as she noticed she had said girlfriend and single in the same sentence.

                                 S POV

As soon as she introduced herself I just wanted to jump her. She was so pretty and I knew I wanted her to be mine. I even mentioned that I was single and gay so that I could maybe get a rise out of her and maybe hint to her that I was interested. I think it worked because as soon as I said that her mouth arched into a smirk.

"Do you want another drink?" She asked as she held up her empty red cup showing me it was empty. I was going to have to drive home so I politely rejected her offer and stood alone once again as I saw her walk away to get another drink.

She returned after about 2 minutes and we began to talk again. Everything about her was just perfect. She was so easy to talk to and she had such cheesy jokes to tell, none which were funny but the way she got excited to tell them made me laugh each time. We talked about our past and small things about each other. Was it weird to say I already liked her? Was it too soon? I mean I had been single for about 8 months now since me and my last girlfriend broke up. I had moved on but I know she hadn't. Her name was Sarah and she was constantly texting me, asking me to get back together with her and to give her one more chance.

I continued to talk to her for about 3 hours and once I excused myself to go to the bathroom I realized how many people were actually left. There were about 10 people left at the party and it originally had about 150 people so I knew it must have been late. I checked my phone and realized it was 2:30. FUCK! I have to get home, I have a birthday party to get to tomorrow and I can't sleep all day.

I walked back up to Ally so. could tell her I had to leave.

"Hey it's getting really late, I should probably head home. Do you need a ride home?" I asked concerned since she had obviously been drinking quite a bit.

"what time is it?" she asked squinting her eyes as she tried to look for her phone in her pockets.

"2:30" I said

"SHIT I have to get home!" she said sitting up from the chair as she tripped over her own feet.

"Here" I said extending my arm for her to take
"let me take you home" I said not giving her much of an option.

"are you sure? I can just get someone else to-"

"no it's fine, come on I don't want you to stay here with no ride home" I responded grabbing ahold of her side so I could help her walk.

We both walked towards my car, I opened the door for her so she could get in. I was really hoping she was able to tell where she was and where she was going so that I could get her home quickly and make sure she has water and medicine on her nightstand so that she wouldn't be too hungover tomorrow.

"What's your address? So that I can put it into my GPS" I asked

"um I don't know, 243 something road" She responded to me, clearly very drunk.

"Okay well I can't leave you here. You can spend the night at my house if you're okay with that?" I asked not wanting to make her     uncomfortable.

"SLEEP OVERRRR" She yelled obviously fine with the idea.

we were driving for about 5 minutes until she spoke up again.

"Stop the car! stop the car!" She commanded.

I pulled over to the side of the road, getting is rant honks from other cars but I didn't care.

"are you okay? do you need to puke? do I need to hold your hair back? what's wrong?" I asked, concern clear in my voice.

Once I pulled over she opened the door and just started walking. She didn't even know where she was going but she was just walking.

"what the fuck..." I whispered to myself as I put the car in park and got out to go after her.
