Neverland On The Brain

I woke up the next day with a smile so big, my face hurt.

"This will be the place, I just know it!" I said to myself. I went briskly downstairs with a bounce in my step.

"Good morning to you, Mr. Jackson," one of my staff smiled brilliantly at me.

"And to you!" I gave a warm smile right back. The man then offered me breakfast and I declined politely before I jumped in the shower. I couldn't stop thinking about all the rides I'd install, the petting zoo, the train station that Janet suggested .

All the sick children can come and play and forget about their sorrows and worries! But how will I be able to give a good time to the kids who aren't really able to do as much?

I ponder this while I massaged the men's old spice shampoo I had through my curly hair.

"Ouch," I whisper-yell to myself as some of the shampoo got in my eye and left a burning sensation within it.

I know! I'll just get some hospital beds and make sure they're placed in a location that leaves easy access for hospital staff and also gives them a great view of whatever is going on - a magic show, the movie that's playing in the theater, it'll be perfect! They'll feel thought of and cared for. That's all I care about, making them feel at home and not as sickly.

I finish up in the shower, dry myself off and go into my room to sort through my wardrobe to find an outfit for the day. I changed into a red cardigan with a J over the right of my chest and a blue arm band on my right bicep with a blue button down under it, black pants, red socks and my classic black loafers. I walked outside with my umbrella.

"Neverland, here I come," I smiled with pride.
