My limo driver pulled up to the address that the ad had listed down. I see a woman with shoulder length hair and a blue business dress on with a black boarder waiting for me by the makeshift driveway of the lot. She appeared to me that she was most definitely a mom, she just had that mom look, you know? She smiled so brilliantly at the limo as I emerged from it with my umbrella in hand. I decided that I didn't want security or anyone to tour with me, so they stayed by the limo watching the woman, who I assumed was Nancy, intently.

"Hello Mr. Jackson, it's such a pleasure to meet you. Would you like to begin?" she smiled so big I thought her jaw would unhinge. I couldn't help but giggle.

"Sounds great to me," I smiled back.

The lot was gorgeous and had its own pond and some lightly wooded areas which was beautiful. It was spacious and I could already picture the drawing I made for Janet on this lot. In different parts of it I could already hear myself saying this is where the petting zoo will go. This is where the theater will go. This is where the tennis courts will go, etc.

After 20 minutes of looking I turned to Nancy and said, "I'll take it." She seemed somewhat shocked but went right away to her car to get the paperwork. After I signed more stuff than I can count and made a deposit and such, Nancy turned to me with a curious stare.

"I don't mean to intrude Mr. Jackson but-"

"You can call me Michael if you please," I chuckled, interrupting her.

"Well Michael," she chuckled a bit embarrassed, "I don't mean to intrude but what is it that you plan on doing with the property?"

I looked at her for a second before answering.

"Well I'm simply going to make my dreams a reality," I smiled vulnerably. Nancy simply nodded back, smiling in a way that she somehow showed that she understood.
