Sam quickly carries you into the motel room that you shared with them and sat you on the table gently. It wasn't the ideal spot, but he needed to be able to stand while working on you. Dean held you upright while Sam went to go get the medical supplied from the Impala.
You were on a hunt with the boys and had gotten injured. Badly. Blood was oozing out from your wound and you were loosing it to quickly. Black dots swam across your vision.
Dean gave you one of his belts to bite down on as Sam returned. As he poured some alcohol on the cut on your arm, you bit down. You were feeling even more weak from blood loss and you started to slump over, eyes closing.
"Y/N!" Dean yelled into your ear.
Dean wanted you to stay awake as long as possible, and every time that he said your name, his voice would increase in volume, but to you it would seem to get softer.
Soon, there's the faint sound of flapping wings and an odd warmth waves through my body just as you pass out.
You woke up and saw Cas standing at the foot of your bed.
"Cas? What happened?" you ask, the last the thing you remembered was Sam carried you into the motel room.
"You were injured, almost dead. I came just in time to heal you before you died."
"Why would you heal me? I'm no one special."
"Y/N, I don't like seeing you on pain. I wish I could have been there to stop it from happening, but I couldn't. I had to do something, or you would have died."
"But Cas-"
No, Y/N, I saved you. Not just because I felt obligated to do so, but because I think I love you."
As soon as Castiel spoke those words, a blush crept to his face and he looked away.
"Cas, I love you too. Don't look away."
Cas then walked from the foot of your bed to the side of it. He leaned down and kissed you softly. When he pulled away, he was smiling.
You then scooted over and Cas crawled into the stiff motel bed with you and snaked an arm around your waist.
Let's just say, you were thankful for Cas's healing touch.
