Dean and I were on a road on our way back to Lebanon, Kansas. There was a ghoul hunt in some random small town in Nebraska. Thunder rolled on the distance, but we were about an hour away from the bunker.

I look at the dash of the Impala, and see that Dean is almost out of gas, and a road sign said that we were about three miles away from a town.

"Dean, we need gas, and there's got to be a station in the next town."

"Relax, Y/N. I know, but I know that we can make it at least another two towns."

I let Dean do his thing, and I turned on the music. As 'Dust in the Wind' starts to softly play through the speakers, I started to sing along, that is until we were ten miles out of the town, and the Impala started to slow down, then eventually stop.

"Damn it!" Dean shouted.

"I told you we needed gas, Dean."

"I thought we had enough."

"Well, if you had listened to me, we wouldn't be in this situation, right?"

"Yeah, I guess..."

"Exactly. Just call Sam, he'll come get us. He kinda has to."

So, that's exactly what Dean did.

Regular text is Dean, Italics is Sam

"Hey, Sammy, so I kinda have an issue here."

"Dean, what did you do this time?"

"So, I may or may not have run out of gas on a back road ten miles away from the nearest gas station."

"Damn it Dean. Why the hell didn't you get gas?"

"Because I thought I wouldn't need it for another two towns..."

"Okay, just turn on your GPS and I'll come get you with some gas for the car."

"Thanks Sammy."

"Yeah, I'm really only doing this for Y/N. You know that right?"

"Bitch."

"Jerk."

End of call

"So, Sam's coming with some gas. Looks like we're waiting."

"Okay. I'm cool with that."

Rain has started to fall lightly, and since you just happened to love the rain, you decided to turn up the radio and run out in the rain. Dean, deciding that it looked fun, decided to join you.

You two had spent the next fifteen minutes running around in the rain until the sky opened up and the drizzle became a downpour. The rain fell so hard it actually hurt to stand in it, so the two of you ran back to the car. Once inside, you turned down the speaker so it was still playing, but just barely. The drops of water was hammering the roof of the Impala, and it sounded beautiful.

You were smiling like an idiot. Playing outside was just so enjoyable, and it wasn't something you got to do often. Dean was admiring your looks. The grin on your face, and the way your eyes lit up, and your messy, wet hair looked so good to him. That's when he decided it was time.

Dean cleared his throat and spoke. "Y/N?"

"Yeah, Dean?"

"Listen, now is a better time then ever to tell you something I've been meaning to say for a while."

"What is it Dean?" you ask, extremely curious as to what Dean could possibly have to say.

"I've liked you for awhile now and..." he kinda trailed off.

"Dean, I like you too."

"No, I don't think you get it. I mean I lo- I love you, Y/N. And I have for the longest time, I just never had the courage to tell you."

"You wanna know something Dean?"

"What?"

"I love you too."

Dean leaned in, and so did you  Our lips collided as you reached each other, moving in sync. The sound of rolling thunder and the rain pattering on the roof while you kissed making the moment better that perfect in your mind.

The only thing that could ruin the moment would be Sam coming at that time, and that's exactly what he did. He knocked on the window of the Impala, and held a five gallon container of gas, showing you that he had it.

The pouring rain had turned into a mist at that point, and Dean got out of the car to put the gas in.

"So, you finally said it." Sam said.

"Yeah, I did. And I'm really glad I did."

"Well, just remember to use protection."

"Oh, shut up." Dean said chuckling.

Yep, you definitely loved him, and the best part was, he loved you right back.

So, I absolutely loved this request! Hope you liked it bonci_04 I certainly enjoyed writing it!
