- Rosalie Windsor's POV -

( Four Days after the Olympics Closing Ceremony )

People were coming from everywhere, greeting me a happy birthday and handing me presents. I didn't even know most of them, but I said thank you anyway. Hey, they were handing me gifts! How could I not accept that?

"Rosalie, darling!"

My head whipped around, my eyes finding my mum surrounded by a group of guys. She had been doing this every since I had turned sixteen. Gathering guys together at my party and trying to set me up with one of them to see which one would be my 'prince'. My mum always picked the primmest guys, not to mention cockiest. All of them bragged about how rich or talented they were, not stopping to even ask how I was or how my day went. I always told my mum what I wanted in a guy, sweet, caring, loving, and all around amazing. If he had a great personality and was gorgeous, then his looks were just a plus. I guess my mum just ignored that and went straight for the looks.

Walking over to my mother, I smiled at the boys and her politely. "Yes, mum?"

"These lovely lads are just waiting to talk to you, dear!"

"Mum.." I warned, raising an eyebrow at her.

"Rosalie, please." She said in the same tone, pulling me away from the group. "I'm only doing this for you."

"Mother, no. It's my eighteenth birthday, please, I don't want to spend it with them." I spoke angrily.

That wasn't the only reason, I didn't plan on sticking around the party my parents had thrown. My brother's and my mates had planned a different party for us and that was what I wanted to go to. Since Mason and I were finally 'legal', we could drink and have fun. So, my friends had rented out a little corner of a bar and we would have our real party there.

"Rosalie Faye -"

"Why don't you go and control Scarlette's life, not mine." I snapped, turning on my heel and walking the other way. I didn't mean to sound like a bitch, I loved my mum, really.

"Whoa, Rose! You can't talk to mum like that." Mason's familiar voice piped up. Oh god, was he going to scold me?

"Sorry, Mase. I'm just not in the mood for her to tell me what to do." I explained to him, rolling my eyes.

"Rose, I get it, she's setting me up with all these girls too.." My brother said, "But I don't snap at her like that."

"I said I'm sorry, okay? I really don't want us to be angry at each other on our birthday."

"I don't either.."

"So, please, lets not fight?" I asked my younger brother. "I just want to ditch this place and go meet up with our mates."

Watching him nod, I thanked him and walked off. Mason was cool, but put him with Scarlette and he was an annoying douche. I smoothly weaved myself through the crowd, thanking everyone who greeted me a 'happy birthday'. I only had to be here until after the surprise musical guest sang. I was hoping they were people I liked or I'd blow my top. I had enough to deal with today, the only good thing that happened was that I was allowed to wear whatever I wanted. Even though dresses weren't my thing, I still wore one but it was more my style and less my mum's. It was mint green, short, and showed off everything I wanted to show off. I wasn't the type of girl who wore a dress that didn't cover my bum or had my boobs spilling out. I had my dignity and I wasn't planning on losing it.

I continued to walk, letting my feet take me where they wanted to go. I was really hoping they'd take me to my one wish.. A guy who'd I fall head over heels for, that took care of me, and would love Rosalie and not the Princess. I didn't need someone to treat me like a damned princess, I needed someone who'd treat me like a queen.

- Harry Styles' POV -

My eyes peered around the corner as I searched the crowd for her. I knew she was going to be here, why wouldn't she? It was her birthday after all, why would Princess Rosalie miss that?

"Harry! Lad, you can't show yourself to them yet!" Liam yelled, pulling me away from the curtain.

"Sorry!" I exclaimed, chuckling at how angry he was.

"We're supposed to be a surprise to the Princess!"

"Liam, calm down! No one saw me, mate."

"Good, I really don't want to disappoint the Queen.."

"We won't! And if we do, I'll just smooth talk our way out." I joked, flipping my hair dramatically.

The older boy laughed, patting my shoulder before walking away to join the rest of the boys. When he was out of view, I returned back to my position at the corner, my eyes looking for the beautiful girl. It was impossible to find anyone in they crowd, there were just too many people! Just as I was about to give up, two women bickering brought my attention to them. Surprisingly, it was none other than Rosalie herself with her.. Mother? The older women didn't look familiar, but with the older age and similar features, I guessed it was her mum.

A smile found it's way to my lips as I looked at the Princess. She looked even better than what I had remembered. Her hair was perfectly curled and flowing down her back, her makeup was not too much and it emphasized all her facial features, and that little dress of her's was something I wouldn't mind seeing her in everyday.

'Harry, stop letting your hormones get the best of you.' I scolded myself just as my emerald eyes swept her body, admiring how gorgeous she was.

I could tell she was mad, just the way her body stood and her expression on her face. I watched her walk away, taking glances at her bum every so often. She stopped as soon as a boy spoke to her, looking as if he was mad at her. For a moment, I thought he must have been her boyfriend, but they looked too much alike to be dating. Then it hit me, that was Mason Windsor, her twin brother.

A sigh of relief left my mouth, I had nothing to be jealous over about. I seemed to be the only one who was watching the girl like a hawk. My eyes followed her as she came closer and closer to backstage. Perhaps this was fate telling me to make my move and so I did. Sneakily passing the guards and the boys, I leaned against a wall and crossed my arms as I waited for her to come into my view. When she didn't appear, I stood upright and looked, but didn't see her cute little bum anyway. Just my luck.

Feeling something fall onto me, I turned in time to see her beautiful brown eyes stare into mine. I quickly caught her before she fell onto the floor, my face inches from her's.

"We have got to stop meeting like this." I laughed, lifting her up onto her two feet.

"Eh, I don't mind falling into a cute boy's arms." She giggled, her eyes dropping to the floor and a few strands of her covering her face.

"I don't mind either, but a girl as gorgeous as you has to fall into them." I smiled at her, reaching out to tuck the pieces of hair behind her ear. "Oh, happy birthday by the way, Princess."

"Rose, just call me Rose. And thank you." She said, biting her lip softly. "What are you doing here, Harry?"

"Well, it's supposed to be a secret but it's your birthday so.. Your grandma asked us to perform today for you." I explained to her.

"Oh, really? I have to thank her later."

"So, have you made a birthday wish yet?" I asked her, stuffing my hands into my pockets.

"Actually, yes." She nodded, smiling, "And I think it's come true already." Her eyes sparkled as she stared at me, making me wonder what her wish was.

Even though it wasn't my birthday, I had gotten my one wish granted. I was able to find her again and this time I wasn't letting her go because I was just so damn tired of feeling alone.
