S Y N O P S I S

Coming from a military family, Carmen Phillips expects to follow her parents' footsteps, but when her mother is killed in an accident, Chester Phillips forbids her from pursuing her dreams of serving in the army.

Despite everything, Carmen believes that she's meant for greater things. She ends up volunteering for Howard Stark, working alongside him on projects that are built for the Strategic Scientific Reserve—the same agency that her father leads—not taking into consideration the consequences that would come with working for the S.S.R.

Now with a target on her head, Carmen must do everything it takes to survive and protect the people she loves. In doing so, she partakes in Project Rebirth, a highly-classified government operation that will turn her into a super-soldier. After undergoing the process, she learns the horrific reality of heroism: she can't save everyone.

This is the tragic story of a hero that gives everything she can to save the world, but loses everything in return.
