I stood in front of father. "Fate has brought me here. I don't know why I am here." I bowed my head as he didn't respond but kept looking at me with fire in his eyes. Making me feel small enough for someone to flicker me like I was nothing. But I know, I am someone. All I know is that one minute I am relaxing at a far away park, the next I am here. Standing in front of father. Maybe this is another nightmare, dragged me down below.

"You know why you're here." Father answered, answered with his voice full of power. "Don't come to me and ask why you're here."

All I could do was keep my head bowed. I don't know why I'm here. "This isn't another nightmare. You had called for me while you were sleeping. Have you no control. I didn't raise you like this."

I stayed silent.

"How's Raven? I can never seem to haunt his life." Father said calmly now. "What about those cousins of yours?"

"Raven is doing fine. So are Ethan and Ares." Never leave him waiting for he'll make sure you don't 'disrespect him again.

"What about Leon? Last time I heard you two were happily in love." Father spoke on disgust. "How's that going?"

"I broke up with him."

"Again?" I nodded. "What did that boy do this time?"

"He cheated on me."

"KASPER, you are so pathetic." His voice trembled throughout the whole room. "How could you let somebody push you around like he has, what is wrong with you-"

"I don't know." I mumbled. I could only take so much before my pride was taken away.

"Listen. I am going to give you your birthday gift earlier this time. You will discover it once you've waken up. Don't ask when."

"Wait! No I don't want-"

I woke up in a cry. A cry for help.

Any gift from Father is a curse.

I quickly tried to discover what was is that he gave me. Remembering that time Raven accidentally letting his guard down while father gave him a gift. Raven was never the same again, he never told me what it was. All I do know is to never call for father. Never. The sad part is that I had no clue when I called for him. I never call for him. That is one thing I learned.

I got up and suddenly I was in another place. It just began. I looked around the place. It was a dirty old room. "Please help!" I heard someone sobbing.

The cry sounded distant but when I stepped, the person was right in front of me. Chained to a dirty old pipe leading to somewhere. The girl was in ripped, dirty clothes. Around her was a blindfold that was way too tight around her. The coldness of this basement even I felt. I couldn't imagine her human skin. But when I tried to reach out for her, I couldn't. Something was preventing me to do so. "She's been like this for months. The only food she gets is bread and water. Sometimes crackers if she's lucky enough."

"She stayed. She stayed when the person who she thought loved her." Hearing a voice whisper through my ears. "I am here to guide you. Don't ask just see with your eyes and listen with your ears."

The girl screamed again and again for help. Until it died, the fight died inside of her. "Just a college girl with such a future ahead of her."

Suddenly the rusty door slammed open and in came a man. A man who looked oddly familiar but I didn't question it. He looked down at her. The proceeded to rape her. "STOP THIS! STOP THIS!" I cried out to the voice inside of my head.

"You must see. What happens when you let yourself be pushed down into nothing but the cold ground."

**

"I don't want to see anymore." I begged the voice inside my head.

"He is only fourteen years old. His mother is blinded by nothing but greed. Doesn't know that the man she married sneaks into his room every night. He was full of dreams. Dreams that could last for decades. Until his loving step dad raped him."

Then this man sneaks into this boy's room. "When you think you love someone, you could be hurting somebody else. You are blinded. Kasper. It's time you let him go."

I watch as the boy cries loudly but his cries are muffled by the man's hand.

"I promise father, I will let him go." I whispered. I will let him go. Find somebody else.

"Kasper that is not what your father intended. He intended for you to stop letting yourself be pushed around. You are the son of the darkness and you're being pushed around by the son of the leader of hounds. You're spitting on your father when you let that happen."

I nodded in understanding." The people I showed you was for you to understand how far somebody could take it. If he continue letting him treat you this way, you will never escape the hell he could be preparing you for."

Once more I was in shock, all I could do was try and understand that I may really have to break the bound. For real this time. "Your brother is looking for you. I must let you go now."

**

"He gave you a curse." Raven mumbled. "Don't let this change you Kasper. Please."

'Call me please, this is not what intended at all.'

"I finally understand Raven. I need to be happy. Let him go." I said while dialing his number and finally getting the guts to call him.

"We need to talk Leon."
