The lacrima was going full speed towards Extalia. "Gajeel! Quick! Use your Dragon Slayer magic to shatter the lacrima and turn everyone back!" Happy said.

"I can't. No time for that now. This puppy's speeding up." Gajeel replied. "Oh no!" Happy and Patch say together.

Coco's Legion was flying up to the lacrima. "Come on. Let's gooo!" Natsu yelled. "If we can't stop it, everyone we know will die!" The Legion screeches and rammed it's head into the speeding lacrima. "Give it everything you've got!" Coco encourages her Legion. It roars in response.

"This won't work! It's got too much mass and momentum!" Gray shouted. "If we fall, we'll do so with the rest of Magnolia." Xena stated. "Don't worry! We'll save you guys!" Lucy yelled.

Natsu runs up to the floating lacrima and pushes himself against it. "Outta my way!" He yelled as he conjured up his magic circle. "Natsu!!" Happy yells, as he and Patch fly down to the Dragon Slayer.

They stop and look at Natsu in regret and sadness. "We're sorry." Happy said. "W-We didn't mean..." Patch stuttered.

"Huh?" Natsu asks and then grins. "Give me a hand buddies, would ya?" The two exceeds stare at him in astonishment and smile. "AYE SIR!!!" They also push themselves against the lacrima.

Back on the top of the lacrima, Gajeel smirks and Pantherlily looks at him. "Alright, temporary truce furball." Gajeel said as he ran to the edge of the island. "Don't run from me!" Pantherlily yelled.

"Don't worry, we'll finish this. Just let me stop this thing first. Then I'll beat you!" Gajeel said. "You can't. Imbecile! Once it's begun, there's no way to stop it!" Pantherlily explains. "This is the end. Edolas is about to change forever. And none of us will live to see the aftermath."

Gajeel points at him. "Wrong." Pantherlily looks at him in surprise. "We ain't dying. When this is over with, you're coming to Fairy Tail. You'll be my cat, even if I have to drag you there!" Gajeel grins insanely, before he jumps off to join the others. Pantherlily stares after him in disbelief.

A crash was heard as the floating lacrima got closer to Extalia. "We're going to collide!" Gray yelled. "No!" Lucy cries, scared. "Give it all you've got!" Xena shouts, desperate to stop the collision. "It's not gonna end this way!" Natsu growls in anger and determination.

A crash and a cloud of dust appeared. Natsu roars as he uses his body to keep the two islands separate. "Don't give up! We can still push this thing back!"

"Aye Sir!" Happy and Patch groan in agreement.

Xena was using all her strength to help push the lacrima back. She heard someone land next to her and turned to see, "Gajeel?!" She gasped in surprise. "Why are you down here? You should be up there, using your magic to turn everyone back to normal! Get back up there!" She demanded.

Gajeel snaps his head to her, ticked off. "If you wanna deal with the black cat, be my guest!" He growled.

"We don't have time to worry about the lacrima or the cat. So just push!" Gray shouts, annoyed at the two. "We have to stop it. Or everyone from Magnolia will be lost forever!" Lucy yelled.

"Coco! Xena! What are you doing?" Pantherlily asked. "Lily! Oh you're still in one piece, I'm glad. Who needs eternal magic power? When you can have eternal smiles." Coco said, smiling up at the big black cat. Xena smiled proudly at Coco, happy she's doing the right thing.

"What kind of nonsense is that?! You two have to get out of here! These people can't stop Extalia's destruction!" Pantherlily yelled at the girls he was fond of.

"Don't be so sure! If there's one thing Fairy Tail wizards always prove, it's that nothing's impossible!!" Natsu shouted. Happy grunts as he continues pushing against the lacrima. "Aye-Aye Sir!" Pantherlily steps back in shock.
