Topic: Football Players vs. Equestrians

Rant: So, the football team runs right? Of course they do! Who else is going to run pointlessly after a football? Not me. I love football and all, but the only thing I run after is my horse....when she takes off....down the trail.

Equestrians run too, they do sit-ups, push-ups, and they run. Its not as easy as you think.

Here's an example:

Try getting on the horse, pulling yourself into the saddle by holding onto the reins, keeping the horse, who wants to take off, still. Then when you're on the horse, keeping your heels down, hands stable, seat deep and post on the correct diagonal. All while doing this, keeping your head, shoulders, hips, and heels in a line.

Try that, then get back to me about how 'easy' it is.
