Chapter 2:
Ariel's POV
"What's your name?" I asked because its kinda strange that we're just sitting here having a conversation and we don't even know the girl's name. " I'll tell you mine if you tell me yours." I rolled my eyes. " I'm Ariel, the normal one and this ladies and gentlemen is your one and only Miss Stacey Sunshine." Stacey slapped her hand in the air like she was swatting away a fly. " Shut up." She turned her head to the blue eyed girl sitting just across from us. " Your turn." "Okay, are you ready for this, drum roll please." She started banging on the table in a very fast and even beat. It actually sounded like she was beating on a drum. the drums stop and she says,"Mindy." very dramatically with jazz hands at the end . We all started laughing because of the face she put on. Between all three of us our laughs boomed across the cafe. Then people started to give us funny looks. Like literally these looks were funny and sometimes were just laughing because some of the peoples faces were just funny in general. And that made me laugh even more. So here I am dying. Then Stacey starts dying just by looking at me dying. Then Mindy starts dying because she has no idea what the hell is going on, i mean all she really said was her name. And then the people next to start laughing that turns into dying, then the people next to them start dying, then the next, then the next and the next. So at this point its just one long domino effect of death.
Eventually the death of laughter dies down and we all move on with our lives with a few giggles here and there because of the memory. Then that feeling came back it entered my system too fast this time. I shivered so hard it looked like i was having a mini sedgier." Are you still cold." Mindy asked. " No." I sighed. " Then what is it ? " Stacey asked. " I just feel like someone is watching me." I said looking around the cafe to see who could it be. Mindy and Stacey started looking too but, they were trying to make it look obvious. Then Mindy quickly whipped her head towards us using her long hair as a curtain to shield the outside from hearing." Stacey guess." she said " The coffee guy." She cringed." Ewe no. Ariel your turn." " The waiter." " Ready guys its so obvious I'm surprised we didn't figure it out sooner." Stacey let out a small gasp. I was completely lost. Mindy just me a mischievous smile, sat up right and quickly turned around to Zayn staring at me. " Like what you see pretty boy." she said and then flashed him a smile then turned around
. My blood went cold and my heart stopped. " That is how its done." she said as Stacey gave her a small quiet round of a applause. " Thank you, thank you." I slid down in my chair trying to hid and not bust my ass on the floor. " Are you crazy?" I said half way to the floor, my mid-back at the edge of the my chair. " A little, yeah. Com'n he's just a guy, Air." I slid down more the base of my shoulder blades at the chair. " He's not just so random guy at the club. He's.... Zayn." Mindy rolled her eyes and went back to sipping coffee." Air, come up you look crazy." Stacey said poking her head under the table. " I don't give a shit." "Your'e overreacting." I took a deep breath and firmly sat back in my seat again." Well hi there." I said when I came up.
