Arizona

I woke up later than I normally do.

* I slowly woke up to the sun shining in my eyes I rolled over to get my phone off of the floor because most of my furniture was packed. It was 11:30. I walked downstairs and noticed that everyone was up and ready*

"Hey?" I said confused 

"Are you ready to go?" My mom said.

"Does it look like I am?" I said pointing to my pjs. 

" Okay well get dressed our flight is in about an hour and half." She said motioning me to go back upstairs.

*I walked upstairs. I put on a crop top with some joggers and uggs. I didn't really care what I looked like because we had a long flight. I put my hair up in a top knot , grabbed my bags. And said one last goodbye to my room. And walked downstairs.* 

"Alright I'm ready" I said

"Okay let's go" She said. While my mom and dad carried the last of our bags out to the car.

*We both got in the car.*

" I love you dad so much. I'm going to miss you!!!! I said trying to hold the tears from escaping.

" I love you too! Me and your mom will have to talk but you'll have to come over to visit me sometime." he said 

" Yes! I agree!!!" I said happily 

* He smiled and waved as we drove off*

We got to the airport and we did all the normal security stuff. We got onto our plane. I reached into my bag and pulled out my phone. I took a snapchat of the airplane about to leave saying " goodbye New York :( I will miss u" I turned my phone off . I had a really bad stomach ache for some reason idk maybe I was nervous or something.... So I leaned my head on the window and slowly fell asleep.

" Honey wake up. Time to grab our bags and get off." she said shaking me trying to wake me up.

"Okay." I said trying to wake up a little bit. 

We did all the normal airport stuff and headed to my mom's friends car waiting outside to take us home.  

"Hey! I'm Cathy. I've heard so much about you Avery! It's nice to finally meet you." She said with a very annoyingly happy voice. 

"Hi... Its nice to meet you too" I said shyly. 

* We arrived at this really nice/ big house.*

"Your house is really nice Cathy!" I said with wide eyes at looking at how beautiful this house is.

" This isn't my house. This is you and your mom's new house!" She said giggling.

"Omg. Really?!?!  I  love it!!! I said excitedly. 

*We all got out of the car and grabbed our luggage and walked to the front door. My mom unlocked the door and opened it. I looked in with wide eyes. Looking at the biggest and prettiest house I have ever stepped into.*

" I swear mom if this is a joke and this isn't our actual house. I'm going to be really mad!" I said 

" I swear this is our house" She said laughing. "Now go to your new room and put your stuff down. And help me with the rest of our stuff"  

*I walked to the door of my new room. I opened the door slowly to make it more dramatic. I looked around and smiled to myself.
