One of the many illusions of the grim was the hours. You never really knew where was north or if you were standing upside down. It dizzied me just walking. The sun created cold even darkness sometimes. It wasn't real. Nothing in the grim was. Unity controlled everything in the grim, including the sun and the moon. One day could be only two hours long while the night 22 hours long. But there was always 24 hours in the full circle. Now back to the story.
I had just crawled my way out of the water when the sun went cold. Unity obviously wanted me to stay soaked.
Then I remembered. That girl from Unity, when she fainted I took her deadly blade from her left boot. And put it in mine. Its a suprise that when I jumped it didn't stab into my foot!
Suddenly the ground started to shake violently, the sand turned to sharp rock that putruded through my woven shoes, and forcfully jabbed into my feet. I just ran. I sprinted as hard as I could into the black jungle ahead.
I climed up the first tree I came across and examened my painfully injured feet. And my gosh were they bad. The hard crusted soles of my feet were forcefully torn so bad that one of the gashes in my feet had gone deep down to the solid bone of my foot and left a puddle of thick red blood.
Then out of the light fake sky a metal looking tin was falling with a some sort of meterial slowing it down. Was it a bomb? Or could it be supplies? That's what I was thinking over in my mind. So when it finally landed in the only tree with 1 leaf left and didn't blow up, the chances were that it's not a bomb.
I excruciatingly limped to the tree when I realized, I still have to climb this bastard to get the dam supply kit. If it wasn't still a traped one. The sky was darkening, except the sun was still there. But cold now. I slowly struggled my way up the tree and reached the kit. At this point my feet wanted to fall off the pain was so incredibly intense. I opened the kit and inside wasn't a trap, but a spay can with the label saying, "here's your head start, you're going to need it." I didnt know what this was or what it did, but I figured that when the label said head start what if it was to help me. But what if it wasn't from Unity.
Then the sun froze.
