~ Chapter 11 ~
(Zayn's POV)
I stormed out of Elena's room with my mind blowing, How could they smile and flirt with each other in front of me! his best friend and her fiance!
Don't ask me why I was that mad, I don't like her of course but I just wanted some respect, she's engaged now she couldn't flirt with whoever she wants.
Eric,you'll be killed soon
"Hello,guys" Doniya shot me a wink as I entered the dining room with Elena following behind
"Hello" Elena replied taking a seat next to Safaa greeting her by a hug which Safaa returned tightly,Safaa really loves her.
I walked up to sit next to Waliyha but she put her hand over the chair, I looked at her in confusion
"Go sit next to your fiance,idiot" She spatted moving her eyes to Elena's direction who was talking to ERIC, I'll definitely go sit next to her just to stop any non sense from happening.
"Eric,I think you should go to your seat right now,we'll have a long conversation after that dinner" I uttered glaring at him
"I need to talk to you too" he replied smiling slightly going up to his seat next to dad
"Zayn,can you tell me a single reason for that attitude" Elena breathed looking at me as I sat down
"Just shut it up" I whispered looking down at my clutched fists
"Hey,I was being nice and you just.. ugh I don't know how on earth I am gonna spend the rest of my life with you" she complained shaking her head
"Being nice by flirting with that guy,right" I asked sarcastically bringing Eric up
"Zayn you're acting like we're in love with each other" she spatted frowning at me
"Eww" I blurted with a disgusted face looking at her face who has a blank facial expression,I couldn't make out her reaction
"Stop whispering we want to spend some time with you,love birds" Mom commented smirking
"I'll call them Zelena" Doniya exclaimed in awe, I saw Elena's disgust as that Zelena thing was said
"What Elena,didn't you like it" Doniya asked her as soon as she saw her facial expression
"No,of course I did,it's amazing" she lied faking a big smile which Doniya returned
We started eating dinner as soon as they all had their seats
"Wow,you're a great cook really,Mrs.Aaron" Eric complimented aunt Molly smiling while Elena just stared at his smile
"Oh thank you,dear" aunt Molly replied looking over at him smiling sweetly
Elena's hand moved to get the water bottle settled on the table at the same time Eric's hand did,so their hands brushed against each other,Eric looked up at her handing her the watter bottle and the glass which earned him a smile from Elena. I felt something strange in my heart, I always feel it every time I see Perrie talking to some random guy. No no no I'm not jealous,am I? definitely not! but this kind of reminded me of the first time I touched Elena's hand..
We finished eating and started chit chatting with each other as soon as we got to the living room,I was sitting next to Elena who was chatting with Eric,their chat was normal nothing to irritate me or anything.
*Hours later*
"I think we should go now" Mom stated getting off her seat "Thanks so much for having us,Molly" She thanked greeting everyone going out with us following behind
"Meet me tomorrow at the park,it's about 3 blocks away" I whispered in Elena's ear before getting out of the door giving her no chances to question,Actually I was planning for something..
"Well,Zayn we'll go in your father's car as you'll drop Eric off by his house" Mom informed me going to dad's car with my sisters following her
"That's nice of your mom" Eric whispered getting into my car
"You're in a big trouble" I hissed driving off
*Minutes later*
I went into Eric's house, that was like our tradition I always spend Sunday nights at his house as he was living alone,his parents work in Paris leaving him alone all by himself,they would occasionally visit him.
"Why am I in a big trouble" Eric started taking off his leather jacket
"CAUSE YOU WERE FLIRTING WITH MY FIANCE YOU LITTLE PERVERT" I yelled so hard that Eric just stared at me in disbelief
"Zayn do you even believe yourself" Eric asked raising one of his eyebrows at me "she's just an arranged fiance plus you have a girlfriend"
"YEAH IT'S JUST A STUPID MARRIAGE IDEA BUT THAT WON'T ALLOW YOU TO GO OUT WITH HER" I roared unable to control my nerves
"Why" Eric asked in confusion ever so calmly
"CAUSE I'M YOUR BEST MATE AND YOU CAN'T DO THIS TO ME" I clarified which earned a chuckle from Eric
"Like when you started dating Perrie right after I broke up with her" he reminded me smiling sarcastically
"So this is a revenge" I questioned taken by his previous words
"No don't even think I would do that to you one day or to Elena,she's really lovely and I sort of like her" he stated "Why do you even care Zayn,you hate her,don't you" he said making me go in a deep thinking
Right, why am I giving a shit! I hate her,why am I acting all like this!
"It's just-- I don't like cheating" I stuttered a bit trying to persuade him and myself actually
"It's not cheating,lad. You're dating a girl and you even promised her to not break up with her even after the marriage. you won't call that cheating?" He asked facing me with something I wasn't ready for
"Dude,let her choose her own life and have a boyfriend if she wants to,you're just married according to a stupid document not because of love" he finished persuading me that I've no rights to take control of her
"you're gonna ask her out" I asked looking down at the ground,he hesitated before answering with a 'yes if that's okay' I just nodded imagining a life of two married people who're dating others.
"So pick up a movie" Eric snapped me out of my thoughts letting the night begin
But during the whole night,I kept thinking of my plan that was about to be carried out tomorrow...
