Chapter 8.

I awoke the next morning in a rebellious mood, I will get back at Jake today. He started this, and I'll be the one to finish it. It was now 6:40, school didn't start till 8 here. It was kind of strange, compared to Texas. 

I hopped in the shower, rising my body down with a cherry smelling body wash from lush. I adored lush, they were so perfect. I also had lush shampoo, and many other products, but I preferred to use different conditioner, I don't know why. Once I've finished in the shower, I make my way out into my bedroom in a towel. I take out my hairdryer and begin drying it, it's easily to straighten it then. It takes about 15 minutes to dry my hair and about 20 minutes to straighten it. It only reaches my shoulders, strawberry color, people prefer to call it ginger but it really isn't. 

I want to look beautiful today, but not slutty. I choose a pretty blue dress that reaches just above my knee, I don't add any makeup and I've put on some frilly white socks with white converses, of course. For my hair, as it's straight I've clipped two pieces of my hair back off my face. Elegant sort of, wow I sound so vain. I just want to win this game. 

I've hop down the stairs and skip into the kitchen to have Ryan appear in front of me and scare the living daylights out of me. "Kiera, goodmorning to you" He says in a cheery voice. "Goodmorning Ryan" I reply looking down at my feet and walk towards the fridge, I grab the milk from the fridge and pull out a box of lucky charms. After making my cereal I sit at the table, only to have both Jake and Ryan sit in front me. I glance up at them swiftly and then look back down at my cereal. "So, Kiera we still up for that date later?" Jake says sitting beside me.

"Well, sorry I have other plans with Ryan." I say looking Ryan dead in the eye, and then looking at Jake smiling. 

"Oh but Ryan won't mind right? It's only the movies and then dinner" Jake replies, something flashes in his eyes, I don't know what it was though. "Sorry Kiera and I made plans, and I'd like to stick to them sorry." Ryan says slightly worried to Jake's reply. I notice that Ryan is tense around Jake. He's afraid of Jake. That's just bad. "That's fine but Kiera, I call dibs next Friday" Jake smirks. "Whatever, I'm walking to school." I say getting up from chair and grabbing my backpack. I grab my skateboard, okay maybe I'm not walking, but I'm still getting there. I plug in my earphones to my iPod and Imagine Dragons blast through my ears, 5 minutes into my walk I find myself singing along to all the songs that come on.

I've made it to school with no interruptions, I was expecting Jake to pull up and be all like 'Yo, get in' like hell no, I'm cool thanks. As I walk in the front doors  towards my locker, Everyone becomes silent and just stares at me while I walk. I let out a smirk and continue to walk down the hall. "I heard she's Jake most recent bang, that bitch thinks she's better then us" Some girl says, I burst out laughing, surprising everyone. "What are you laughing at whore?" The same girl asks. "Well, Jake's latest bang? Are you kidding me, I've been in this school a day and you think of me as a whore? You're so clueless. You need a literally punch in the face from this thing called reality honey." I say walking towards my locker and taking my books out for first period. I've already made enemies but hey, I'm all good. I've got my books, my camera and my common sense.

 SKIPPING TO LUNCH

Those classes were like heaven, perfect. Sarcasm level over 9000, right there. They were so boring like c'mon who cares about what X equals? Not me. After gathering my books for next period, I stroll towards the canteen. I stand in line, just grabbing an apple and 2 cookies, I love my cookies. I find the table I shall forever stay seated at. I'm reading on Wattpad peacefully until someone sits down. "That was amazing the way you spoke to Chloe like that" a girl says glancing at me in admiration. I begin getting nervous, why is she here? "Um, thank you.." I reply. Before adding "Well lunch ins going to end so nice to meet you, I'm Kiera Summers. I'm sure we can catch up sometime" I say smiling at her before leaving the canteen. 

"Hey bitch" Chloe says shoving me against a wall with her little minions "No one speaks to me like that, you hear me? No one. Well I guess you are a no one, but who cares?" She sneers. I stare at her and I can't help but feel sorry for her. She looks so unhappy. "What is there something on my face? Why are you staring at me?" She asks slightly uncomfortable. I think about it before replying. "You just look so unhappy Chloe, your eyes have no color in them, just pure hatred and evil. Does Jake really have you that caught up? Can't you see how angry you get when rumors spread about Jake. Rumors that are complete bullshit" I say looking at her straight in the eye, I continue "Can't you see how unhappy you are? You could be a good person if you didn't have a huge ego to feed." Suddenly I feel a smack across my cheek. I look up at Chloe and smirk. "That proves my point, by the way violence won't get you anywhere" I growl, pushing her off me and walking towards English.

I feel sorry for that girl, being so unhappy over a boy, How pathetic. Not even a man, a boy. A jerk, an idiot. Just a coward.

Hey :3 I hope you all enjoyed this chapter, I've kind of gotten into a routine of updating every 3 to 4 days, which is such a bad routine but like! pssh atleast I update now, you got some real action.
