Hawkfrost x Literally Anyone
Hawkfrost, while a good villain, has one defining trait: being a manipulator. He manipulates Mudfur to make Mothwing a medicine cat apprentice, he manipulates WindClan into civil war, he manipulates Ashfur to help him kill Firestar, and he manipulates Ivypool to join the dark forest. Any ship he's in would undoubtedly be abusive as he shows no other characters traits than being a cunning, manipulative cat.
