"What the bloody hell do you mean he's dead!?" I yell at Harry.
"I mean I saw your father die before my very eyes, (y/n)!" Harry shouted back, then looked like he regretted it. "Listen I'm sorry about your dad, I truly am."
That's when I broke down. My dad is dead. He may have have been my foster dad, but he will always be the man that loves me and cared for me.
Harry takes me in his arms and we sit down amongst the rubble of Hogwarts. It silent between the two of us except for the sobs coming from me and the silent whispers of reassurance coming from Harry.

Guys I can't explain what I felt when I found out about Alan's death. I felt crushed. This isn't even half of what he deserves from us, but we appreciate him none the less.
On another note, I'll try to get another chapter up today. (Or if you live in America tomorrow) and I'm fully aware that his death was yesterday. I just didn't have the heart to write about his death on his passing day.
