~Part Six~

Nine months had passed and Loraine visits me almost everyday. She comes usually in the afternoon, the library is still at her families custody. She comes here everyday saying that she can help me find him and also she does entertainments

"You'll be leaving after a week now. I'm happy for you."

She touched my hand which is laid on the metallic table. I twitched even though I'm used of her doing it.

"I'm sorry,its just that.."

"It's okay. I should be going now."

She gave me a smile and stood up,making a screeching noise that caused my ears to twitch.

"Oh,wait. I won't be able to come tomorrow..and the next day,and the next."

"So you'll be gone for a week?"

She let out a deep sigh and nodded.

"But I'll be here the time you get out. Okay now. Farewell."

I stood up and made my way to the cell I'm in. I'll be home. I'm going to be free at last,I'll be with my mom again. I'll be in my comfortable bed again.

I lay myself on my bed and after a while I felt myself dozing off.

I woke up,a tapping sound on somewhere else but not the windows. I squinted my eyes as I adjust through the dark. I looked at the cell door and there was a key with white paper attached to one of the bar. The key swaying back and forth making that tapping sound that woke me up. I stood up quickly, wanting to catch whoever put it in there. I look to the hallway but all I saw was darkness outstretched towards the end of the hallway. A light flickering at one of the open doors on another cell away from mine. Just then,I heard someone whistling. As if on sync,I grabbed the key and note and the light flickered one last time and turned off. I heard the heavy footsteps and the whistling getting closer and louder. A loud crank caused me to jump. I breathed out when I heard that it was just one of the patient that requested to get a wee-wee. I forced shut my eyes and after awhile I finally felt the sleepiness conquering my inner self.

"We're happy for you."

One of the people I learned to be friends with in this hell hole smiled at me and waved. I think she's just like me,accused for someone she's not. I gave her a faint smile and swung my bag on my shoulder. A psychiatrist which visits me every morning gave me a smile and mouthed good bye. I gave her the same smile and continue to walk as my mom hold my hand tightly with a big smile on her face. The guard, which I prefer as enemy smirked at me and I shot him a disgusted look. Good thing nobody saw it but him.

"We're here."

Mom said as she pull the car in the garage without the smile leaving her face. I can't help but to be happy too,. My mom is happy for a reason and I wish it will always be like this. I went out the car and breathed in the thing that I had been waiting for three years....freedom.

I may not be updating fast like I used to because of  the low access at our town. Yeah,so sorry. I'll do try my best to make the flow of the story better. I'm kinda dismayed by my works though. Yeah, whatever. Thanks anyway
